"We booked this villa in order to celebrate a friends special birthday party and was blown away by the amenities and hospitality. The chef cooked us amazing meals for breakfast and dinner everyday. We never wanted to go out and eat. The property manager set up some amazing excursions for us including a fishing trip and a yacht trip. We all caught a bunch of fish and the snorkeling was also great. Every room was comfortable with its own en suite and the view of the town and ocean from the rooms and Infiniti pool were unbelievable. The cherry on the icing was the private tennis courts in the housing community (Pedregal) that allowed us to get a little exercise before our feasts every night!! I will try to make this villa an annual destination because a vacation doesn't get much better!! I highly recommend this villa for any vacation type because I know it won't disappoint!!"

"I recently spent 5 days at Villa Luna Neuva with a party of 9. Villa Luna Nueva hosted the entire party comfortably. The outdoor area was ample and provided an entertainment area. The indoor space was ample and spotless.
Juan made coordinating a stay for a large group easy. He provided everything from transportation, activities, a chef, and more. I can't say enough about the benefit of having a fun and knowledgeable local organize things. For instance, we were picked up at the airport and Juan greeted us with a fully stocked kitchen.
The owners were equally terrific. We left the a phone at the house and Brian helped get it back Stateside without incident. All in all, we had a terrific trip and comfortably recommend Villa Luna Nueva to others."

"We took all of our children to CABO for our family vacation and could not have selected a better house to stay! The view was absolutely amazing!! The pool and hot tub was the main "hang out" but the house itself was wonderful! The kitchen worked perfectly for our morning brunches and the grill and patio area hosted more than one family dinner. Leslie, Rocio and the house staff were all a pleasure to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. The information provided regarding local restaurants and venues was an added bonus-Romeo and Juliette was DELICIOUS. The kids took full advantage of the workout room as well as several hikes down to the beach---which is not for those faint of heart. The location could not have been better with just a short ride down the hill to town. The security staff was also top notch! I would definitely would recommend this house to anyone!"

"We stayed in this wonderful condo in March 2015. The views of the city and Sea of Cortez are terrific and condo offers ample space. The beds are comfortable, couch was newer and great, and the kitchen table is in good shape. The best part of condo was the balcony with the views. The granite in the kitchen is nice. There is an opportunity to improve the kitchen with some updates on coffee maker and some nonglass dishware. The tile floors throughout were nice and in great shape.
We liked the location because of the views it offers being up in the hills and access to the incredible neighborhood. The huge homes are great to drive around to see and you can play tennis($15/hour) and best of all you get access to the private neighborhood Pedegral beach. You can also get to the Marina very easily from the condo location.
The pool and the grounds for the condo are well kept. The garage for our car was adequate as well. You are in the hills so you will do a bit of walking up and down stairs, but there is an elevator.
Donna was great to work with on logistics and recommendations.. We had one issue with a power outage in the condo and Donna was very considerate.
We rented a car which was fine for most part but Cabo is confusing to drive in with poor signs and GPS doesn't work well. But if you want to have the freedom to go to the beaches and Walmart etc then renting car is the way to go. But it is expensive in Mexico with the insurance and taxes.
I would recommend going to the marina to negotiate a whale watching and Lovers beach visit and you can rent jet skis from Marina. There is no need to reserve these online as you will pay five times more.
You can drive to the beaches to snorkel at Santa Maria and Chilleno but the signs from the road for Chilleno are not up so try your GPS. We also really enjoyed the fine dining both in town and also around the Marina.
We will definitely come back to Cabo and recommend this condo for the price and location and what it offers."
