  • A walkers dream!

"This was my 5th time to Cabo for my wife and I. This time we decided to go with a group of 4 couples. (8 total) We have always stayed in a hotel on Medano Beach but this stay we decided to rent a home within walking distance to all the activities that the town of Cabo and the Marina had to offer. What a great choice we made choosing Casa Miguel and working with it's owner Mike. From helping us set up our transportation to and from the airport to coming to our rescue if we had a problem. He even lined us up complimentary massages when we arrived. If you are looking for a place to host 4 or 5 couples, this is it. A beautiful home, TV's in each room, comfortable beds, pool and hot tub. If you walk you are 10 minutes from the Marina, shops and restaurants. We never needed a cab except going for groceries and coming home from the Office bar while spending the day at the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook the times we planned in home dinner and breakfast. The only downside was going up that last set of steps into the home after a night out. They are not for the weak (or tipsy). Pay attention to operating directions for the homes equipment. I suggest they create a "how to" book for all of the equipment in the home so you can read at your leisure. The housekeeping gal, Marylou, was very thorough and helpful. Although no English, she would help us with operating things and/or laundering items if she understood our poor Spanish. The home was kept very clean. We would return in a minute!"

  • 5 families

"10 adults plus 10 kids . We had the pleasure of renting Villa Del Los Suenos for 5 nights. Hands down this was one of our best vacations as friends. Our kids loved the pool, bartender (Alfredo), and the help of Juan and Rasiela ( the cooks). We were all spoiled night and day by all the house has to offer. We were so relaxed even with the kids. The place offers so much and the view is amazing from any where in the house. Thanks Mark for all your help, and accommodations."

  • Villa Sonrisa Truly Paradise

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Sonrisa to celebrate a family member’s birthday and would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone.  Upon arrival the property manager was waiting to show us the house and provided superb advice and pointers for our stay in Cabo San Lucas.  He was so professional and on point that he even took it upon himself to fix a minor plumbing problem that the housekeeper had informed him of.  He had the entire issue resolved in a matter of hours.  The house is a modern Baja California style spread with three levels which provides breathtaking views of both the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean from the pool and rooftop deck.  The property is gorgeous and meticulously taken care of. The pictures online did not do it justice. It is an immense structure and comfortably sleeps 6 adults with the possibility of 8 people using the 2 pullout sofas.  The kitchen in particular was fully renovated and equipped with absolutely everything you might need for cooking or entertaining. Even in the hot Mexican summer we found refuge in the climate controlled house and pool (and also in our tasty margaritas which we made in the blender each day) The owner was a delight to rent from and answered each of our questions in a timely and concise manner.  She is a true professional all the way!  If you are looking for a fantastic and stress-free trip to Mexico, Villa Sonrisa is the way to do it.  We hope to return soon!"

  • Terrific View

"We stayed in this wonderful condo in March 2015. The views of the city and Sea of Cortez are terrific and condo offers ample space. The beds are comfortable, couch was newer and great, and the kitchen table is in good shape. The best part of condo was the balcony with the views. The granite in the kitchen is nice. There is an opportunity to improve the kitchen with some updates on coffee maker and some nonglass dishware. The tile floors throughout were nice and in great shape. We liked the location because of the views it offers being up in the hills and access to the incredible neighborhood. The huge homes are great to drive around to see and you can play tennis($15/hour) and best of all you get access to the private neighborhood Pedegral beach. You can also get to the Marina very easily from the condo location. The pool and the grounds for the condo are well kept. The garage for our car was adequate as well. You are in the hills so you will do a bit of walking up and down stairs, but there is an elevator. Donna was great to work with on logistics and recommendations.. We had one issue with a power outage in the condo and Donna was very considerate. We rented a car which was fine for most part but Cabo is confusing to drive in with poor signs and GPS doesn't work well. But if you want to have the freedom to go to the beaches and Walmart etc then renting car is the way to go. But it is expensive in Mexico with the insurance and taxes. I would recommend going to the marina to negotiate a whale watching and Lovers beach visit and you can rent jet skis from Marina. There is no need to reserve these online as you will pay five times more. You can drive to the beaches to snorkel at Santa Maria and Chilleno but the signs from the road for Chilleno are not up so try your GPS. We also really enjoyed the fine dining both in town and also around the Marina. We will definitely come back to Cabo and recommend this condo for the price and location and what it offers."
