We travel often, but The Ridge at Playa Grande in Cabo San Lucas is our favorite. From the beautiful, spacious, scenic room we had, to the amazing staff. I cannot say enough about the staff. So polite, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. The stay was first-class all the way. We were able to enjoy this stay with our entire family including Grandchildren. The Suite accommodated us perfectly!
We did “all inclusive” for several nights and the restaurants were so delicious. All the seafood and the wonderful Mexican Coffees!
We will be using your services again in the future. We have been going to The Ridge for the last six years. Who knows, with your help, we may venture off to another wonderful site.

"The stay overall was pleasant. The owners are nice. We had to send a check because they can't accept credit cards due to a glitch on the site. All turned out well but I was concerned at first. The contract charged daily maid cleaning but it was cleaned every other.
When we checked in, the resort wanted to take my credit card which I refused. Then we were sent to another desk for a welcome packet which ended up being a pitch for timeshare. Niki was appalled when I emailed her. The bellman that it was only recently that they pitched their timeshares for the adjacent properties.
Overall it is a very nice resort and the condo is spacious and comfortable although I found out that the condo is actually furnished by the resort and not the owners. This becomes an issue because they don't really know the condition of the condo. The fuse box went out just as we were going to sleep but since the A/C was on, we just took care of it ourselves in the morning. The wifi wasn't working and we finally got that resolved. There is a loud sound of rushing water in the master bedroom in the morning from the bathroom upstairs waking us in the morning.
The beds are comfortable but the sofa is beginning to sag. The kitchen has the basic appliances and pots but unlike a real "home away" situation where the prior guest leaves extra coffee filters, salt, etc, to hold you over until you make it to the market. They do provide plenty of towels and toiletries.
My husband got sick and I called my travel insurance company and AMEX collect. The insurance company called the resort for a recommendation for a doctor. There was one on staff. The doctor took my husband to their clinic. Thousands of dollars later (4 to be exact), he was finally released from a course of IV's for hydration and antibiotics. There is an american hospital just 10 minutes away that accepts health insurance. When we left Friday, I was waiting outside for our driver, a resort employee mentioned I didn't have a credit card on file to pay for all the calls I made. I explained the concept of a collect call in Spanish and he said he was going to check inside and never returned. It was all very suspicious.
I recommend dining at Maria Jiminez and Hacienda Cocina and Cantina. We also did a day trip to Todos Santos. We bought boogie boards for our boys and filled prescriptions from the clinic at Costco."

"We had a wonderful visit for four nights with family and friends. This was my first time back to Cabo in 5 years and it was highly anticipated to be staying at my favorite spot Terrasol. This did not disappoint!! The view is awesome and the service by Miguel and the staff at Terrasol is excellent. We had a few hiccups with the air conditioning and refrigerator but everything was quickly resolved. Miguel went above and beyond to assure that we were happy and content!!! I look forward to coming back for four night next year again!!!!"

"Our 2nd visit to Marina Cabo Plaza was as extraordinary as the first. We returned to this unit after having been fully satisfied with the amenities and location last year. It was almost like coming home (if home happens to be in paradise).
The condo is a short (5 minute) walk from Medano Beach. Although the path to the beach displays some effects from hurricane Odile, it remains an easy walk.
Medano beach is one of the few "swimable" beaches in Cabo. The water is clean and most often - calm.
Our favourite part of this condo is the huge balcony. For morning coffee, pre-dinner cocktails, or a late evening nightcap, there is no better place to be. There is plenty of room out here to barbeque and dine and we had as many as 6 people eating at the outdoor table.
The staff at Marina Cabo Plaza are warm, friendly and inviting. This also extends to the staff at all surrounding establishments (Mango Cantina, Mis Suentos, El Patio Choyero and The Usual Suspects). It was so wonderful to be welcomed back with hugs from the staff that we met last year.
We have visited many different vacation destinations throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, but have never experienced a place that felt so much like our second home....even moments after arriving!
I can't wait to return again next year.
