  • Great stay at the Mexican Mullet!!

"We had a fantastic experience. The condo is well equipped, clean and in a great spot close to the marina and downtown. The owner was very helpful and accommodating when we had a flight cancellation. We would definitely stay here again!!"

  • Great Time in Cabo!!

"This is the second time we haver been to Cabo, the first time we stayed at an all inclusive resort on Modano beach. We decided to do something different this year and stay in a private condo on the Pacific side. Man are we glad we did!!! We had an awesome time, the cond resort had two pools - one with a swim up bar and resturant. It is on a very nice private beach, so it is nice and relaxing. The walk to town and the Marina is less than 10 minutes away."

  • Great spot

"I would love to give this place zero stars- but only so I didn’t have competition when I was booking again. This place is great. On the sand/beach/throw a rock hit the ocean. It’s not a “swimming beach” unless you are a strong swimmer. On our visit the waves were surfable and people were both surfing and skimboarding. I would say the actual condo is better than the pictures. Had everything we needed. Stopped by the walmart on the way in- mostly for drinks and snacks but kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, plates etc etc. We walked into town everyday, only 10 minutes and always felt safe. The complex has more of a residential feel than resort- for sure. It is very, very quiet, that is what we wanted. We also went next door to Salomar and used their pool and purchased a couple $15 drinks. Sign said guests only, but they didn’t give us a problem. I think if you don’t like this place, likely you are not a huge fan of mexico or you were looking for a party on the beach. This is a relaxing stay and was just about perfect for us."

  • Dream Vacation!

"Booking this stay with Judy & Dennis for our 15th wedding anniversary, was the smartest thing I could have done. From the beginning of the inquiry process to checking on us throughout our stay , Judy & Dennis are truly the most amazing hosts. As soon as I booked the vacation and sent my deposit, Judy and Dennis sent me a binder of information on the condo, the resort, the area, the activities, etc. They even sent a magnet with a picture of the condo! The studio is absolutely wonderful! Better than the pictures and had everything that we could ever need. My husband and I stayed for 8 nights and we had a dream vacation. The resort staff could not be more wonderful or helpful! Carlos at the front desk even helped my husband surprise me with an absolutely gorgeous bouquet on our anniversary. The grounds were beautiful and we loved the pool. We did not get a chance to eat at the Palapa pool bar but we did have drinks at the swim up bar. Loved it! The pool was right up against the sand so we could listen and watch the crashing Pacific ocean waves as we were relaxing in the pool. We met some great people at the pool and received wonderful new restaurant recommendations. I LOVED the proximity to town and the marina. My husband and I did a lot of walking back and forth to and from town and the marina every day. We loved it, even though the heat and humidity in September is nothing to dismiss. We loved Cabo San Lucas and only wish we could have spent more time there. As I said, we saw a lot of downtown and the marina. We went to the famous Cabo Wabo Cantina and had fun as well found a great place to watch our Monday night football (Desperados). We went on the EcoCat for lunch, snorkeling and kayaking at Santa Maria Bay. We also went by the Arch for fantastic pictures! We alos went ziplining in Wild Canyon and ATV on the beach and desert. We grabbed a glass bottom boat and went to Pelicans Bay and Lovers Beach to snorkel and spent a little time on Medano Beach. It was a little hectic for me. I loved our private beach in front of Terrasol where we walked and relaxed at in the mornings and evenings. Our unit looked RIGHT at the ocean and we got to watch and listen to the waves from our patio and even in the condo. On Sept 14th Cabo was hit with a hurricane (a day after we left). I pray for all of the folks there and hope that Terrasol and Cabo San Lucas can recover soon. Thanks again Judy & Dennis! We could not have been happier!!!!"
