"We stayed there last week and it was heaven! You can't ask for a better view and the condo had everything you needed and more. Beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. We were so close to the ocean that one night my husband got up and checked that the waves weren't coming through. It was just me and him so we had lots of room. The condo itself is very quiet, I would say almost all seniors- which is perfect for our holiday. We met a lot of people there- super friendly!
The Bel Air is right next door and they were awesome, we asked them for directions, where to get things and also to call us cabs. I even had a facial one day there and it rocked!! They were so friendly and helpful. We could only stay 6 night here and had to get to another hotel for our last night- I wish I knew this one was right next door- I asked the owners but never got a response :(
So we did not have a car- and you don't need one unless you wan to explore. There is a bus stop right across the street and it takes you right into Cabo San Lucus for $3.50 and is about a 30 min ride. A must is Uno Mas- right in the middle of a square- really no where- but has the best Margarita's- so much fun. And we had lunch at Canela- and it rocked. Kinda right where Uno Mas is. They bring your chips and salsa- tons and so good. We ordered Guacamole and chips and it was fantastic and lots- really cool place. We didn't party - just went during the day, it is nice to walk around the marina.
If you walk the other way towards San Jose- you can walk into downtown but would probably take at least 45 mins. You can hop on one of the many buses for $1 and it takes you right there- or any stop along the way. Definitely stop at Claro's Fish Jr. A bit before you get into downtown- you can ask the bus driver - they know where it is - on the right hand side- all open and outside- mostly Mexican people there. They bring you your taco's bare and you go up to a sort of salad bar with all the fixings- and also onion rings and deep fried jalapeno peppers.
We cooked in a bit - especially for breakfast and lunch- sometimes dinner. You can go to the Mega mart and get anything you need. We bought fresh made taco- which were so good and home made salsa and guacamole, and chicken thighs and shrimp- and that did a lot for us. Then bought the normal things like - milk, juice, yogurt, bread, butter etc. I would say we probably spent about $250-300 on all food and booze."

"We have just returned for the most fun company team building retreat EVER!! This home is everything and more. Honestly the photos don't even do it justice. This is the absolute perfect place to go if you are looking for a place to entertain and relax! Our group was 13 people and we couldn't have had more fun!! Jim is beyond helpful with just about anything you could possibly need. Honestly it was just PERFECT! On a side note his two dogs Diego and Sophia became a part of our group too and I don't think there are more amazing, sweet dogs out there."

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful villa. The six rooms each had their individual style and were very comfortable. The view from the rooms on the upper level is fantastic. The villa is perfect for relaxing by the pool, in the Jacuzzi, or under the covered patio. I enjoy cooking so having a grill next to the pool was perfect.
Lori made sure all our needs were met before we arrived. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with and always responded quickly. Manuel and his wife greeted us with appetizers and margaritas upon arrival and prepared a wonderful dinner for us on our first night. I highly recommend you have them prepare a meal for you at least one night during your stay.
We will definitely stay at this residence again!"

"Unbelievably spacious home with numerous beds and living space and a fully equipped kitchen. We had 10 sleeping and living comfortably for 1 week. Only 4 blocks from the beach and downtown Cabo. Also walking distance from the marina and other notable restaurants and bars/clubs. This house includes very professional and sweet locals to help with your stay. A maid comes frequently and the owner offers many activities and suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants, and more. I had been to Cabo before but this was my favorite trip due to this house. The pool is a perfect relaxation place. The house is safe and very central. I recommend this house to everyone! Thank you for a great vacation."
