"My boyfriend and I just got back from a wonderful getaway at 301 Perla. Everything was just as ashley told us it would be and we felt safe and comfortable the entire time. This was our first trip and we will most definitely be back, we can't wait. The kitchen has been updated since the pictures and only adds to the experience. We ate in the condo mostly as it was not summer and everything was under construction! Not a problem for us, made it even more romantic. We would highly recommend this place to couples! there is also a pull out couch if you have kids or guests staying with you. Can't wait to go back! :)"

"For our 25th wedding anniversary my husband and I stayed at the luxurious Casa Stephens. The setting of the home and the proximity to the ocean is post-card beautiful. It's a gorgeous home and extremely comfortable! Our anniversary celebration included 10 people with everyone having their own first class bedroom and bathroom. The home is laid out in such a way that everyone has there own private space. The expansive kitchen has all the amenities you could want. With an open great room, bar and TV area the space is great for small or large groups. The pool is unbelievable! Infinity pool and hot tub with the ocean as the back drop. A swim up bar, ping pong table and a nice seating area all add to the amazing atmosphere. During our stay we were well pampered with the help of the owners, property manger and staff. Everything was arranged from pre-stocked groceries, in home spa services, dinner reservations, at home meal preparation and daily cleaning service. We would highly recommend this beautiful property."

LOVED this trip but might not chance a repeat visi
"The villa is gorgeous and well-maintained. We utilized the services of the chef for breakfast and lunch every day and loved it! The only con was the construction noise from surrounding villas. Luckily for us the villa directly next to us was not yet completed...when it has guests staying there, they will be able to walk out on their balcony which is directly above the Page pool area. Guests to the Page villa will be able to see and hear their every move. Also there is a large palm tree blocking the view of the ocean from the bottom floor of the villa that could easily be trimmed. We loved our stay this time as all surrounding villas were uninhabited but would not want to stay there when all villas have guests."

"There were 7 adults and 1 baby at our recent stay at Debbie's house, all with plenty of room to spread out. The house is beautiful, with a pool right on the patio, which is where we hung out most of the time. We didn't do any excursions because of the baby, but we had a car and went to the marina area once.
It was great having en suite bathrooms in all but one of the bedrooms, but the kitchen was the best part. We cooked all of our own meals after shopping at Costco, and there was nothing you could possibly need in the kitchen that wasn't there - VERY well equipped.
Most nights we ate on the patio where there was always grilling going on and beautiful views.
It was obvious, from the construction close by, that this is a desirable and growing community, and when you see the views, you know why!
Debbie was wonderful to work with, and Baruch, the concierge, was always available had we needed him. Batseba, the housekeeper, spent hours every day cleaning and ensuring that laundry and dishes were done.
It was a great vacation, and a very lovely and accommodating home!
