  • Wonderful Family vacation

"We were a group of 14 (includes 3 children) and all family. We were comfortable with the size of the home, the pool was awesome. The children loved waking up and jumping right into the pool. There was tons of house space for the adults to relax, read, and enjoy the sun while the children played. There was so much indoor and outdoor house space we didn't even get an opportunity to use it all during our week stay. Some days we went out as a group, explored Cabo, and visited restaurants. Other days we used the kitchens to cook our meals. There is a restaurant that serves mostly seafood within walking distance. When we went into Cabo we would either take a cheap, short bus ride- easily accessible, or call for the Cab service. We would walk to the smoothy place (1 1/2 miles away) for breakfast. There is also a nice market less than a half mile walking distance. The hosts, Sabine and Roland give you a nice tour of the grounds and important phone numbers like Taxi if you need one. The house is accessible by basic landmarks. The house is safe, towels are provided and the daily housekeeper was really nice. Our belongings were safe while we were there. I think it is important to note that it is Mexico and if you are accustomed to luxury travel, this may not be your thing. it is important to be respectful to not waste electricity because it is very expensive in Mexico. The bedroom AC works great and doesn't need to be on all day long while you are out of your room. Everything is clean in the home. But you will have occasional visitors like gecko, ants, spiders, and roaches. Also, the surrounding neighborhood has some dirt roads and poorly paved sidewalks. I have traveled alot in Mexico and I found the house to be wonderful. Sabine and Roland are very nice hosts. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation."

  • Look no further!

"This condo in Cabo is unbelievable. The resort is gorgeous, the staff is fantastic and the amenties couldn't be better. I'm feeling sad that we didn't book again this year for spring break. Last year, my husband and 2 boys (6 and 9 at the time), invited my parents to travel with us to Cabo. Our stay at this beautiful resort was close to perfect. You do need to rent or hire a car to get to San Jose Del Cabo, or to Cabo San Lucas, but it isn't far, and it's such a treat to come back here at the end of the night. Gorgeous! And wonderful people to rent from. Stacey"

  • Perfect House for a Family with kids

"This was our third time in Cabo this time of year and we have stayed in different houses in Esperanza. We LOVED the house, the layout, and their housekeeper, Letecia. What we liked best about this house turned out to be the pool was on the bottom floor and the top floor had beautiful decks and terraces. This way we took advantage of the whole house, giving us so much more room for our family (8 adults (married kids), 1 nanny, and three children under 2) and we never had to worry about the kids and the pool. In the past the other floor we only used as bedrooms. The spacious, comfortably and lovely furnished home was easy to relax in while feeling pampered at the same time. Letecia was so accommodating and it was a perk that she cooked for us one night and would pick up a few things since we didn't have a car. We also like the ability to use the Esperanza resort. Irene, the owner, was very helpful and attentive to ensure our trip was special and perfect. We all hated to leave this paradise to return to reality."

  • Beautiful Home; Great Stay

"I rented this villa for my groomsmen when I got married at the Esperanza next door. We also rented the Stephens other home next door, Casa Stephens, for the bridesmaids. The good stuff: - amazing owners - easy to work with! - the place is huge with plenty of room for 10 people - inside/outside living - great pool - nicely furnished - best location - walking distance to Esperanza resort, quick taxi ride to downtown - transportation to and from the airport - daily cleaning by their amazing maid - concierge for pre-arrival shopping - sound system throughout the house - bathrooms for each room The bad stuff - no complaints!"
