  • Very Happy

"My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at Costa Brava. It was exactly what I had pictured in my minds eye. The representative who assisted us through out our stay was prompt , thorough and very friendly. I like the location being approx. 1/2 on the corridor. Everything was clean, maid service and pool service was great. The beach is lovely to walk on. The hotel next door, Marbella Suites is a fantastic Mexican run, intimate hotel with great food and WONDERFUL service if you do not feel like cooking.I felt Costa Brava was very decent value and would stay again !"

  • What a view!

"My wife and I along with another couple found this home to be great! It's in between Cabo and San Jose, so it's only a 10 minute drive to either town. The ladies loved lounging at the pool, with a great swim up bar and barbecue. My buddy and I who are golf fanatics enjoyed the fact that the house is right on the golf course, so not only can you watch the golfers, there are incredible views of the ocean as well. We found the home to be spacious, comfortable, very clean. So much nicer to stay in a home with privacy, and it's quiet. Better than a noisy resort anytime. We especially enjoyed walking the beach every morning (it's quite close to the house). We are planning on coming back in the spring to stay at this great home away from home."

  • Anniversary Couple

"We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and it was a great place to stay. The condo has plenty of room and is comfortable. The view of the sea is amazing. Beautiful sunrises. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The swimming pool is right off of the patio porch. Lots to do in the area and great restaurants. It was hard to leave those sunny friendly beaches. Hope to return next year!"

  • Better than imagined ! We WILL return.

"After many cruise visits to San Lucas we decided on a land stay and found this unit here on VRBO and could not find anything wrong. We arrived for our one month stay and got directly to the unit following Bob's directions. It was nice to have a couple cold beer and water waiting in the fridge as it was over 80F when we arrived. Better than nice was that Bob also had a martini shaker and two martini glasses ready for us on the counter ! The view takes your breath away. I was better than imagined. Each morning for breakfast we would simply sit and stare. Likewise for dinner - which often lead to us simply sitting and staring until the stars came out. The furnishings are top quality Tommy Bahama as promised and linens and towels were also high quality. I did not find anything lacking in the kitchen - it was fully equipped for any cook, or chef. We did not use the air conditioner (only for a couple days) as we found the gentle cool breeze from the ocean sufficient to cool down the room in the evening. During the day we would close the curtains and head to the pool. The pool is a great attraction and mostly adults (although on the occassional day some kids were there but mostly well behaved with parents) - and the adults changed almost daily as visitors came and left. The pool bar, run by Pepe and his son Pepe, is top notch - and the small kitchen service superb. We found in the heat one taco each for $2 each was enough to hold us to dinner - although on a couple days I enjoyed their hamburger which was very good. (the fries even better) The walk to the beach was too much for my heart to handle, but my wife went down and enjoyed her time there. A nice private spot - as advertised. The area is dusty due to the construction of a new hotel next door, but that is scheduled for completion within the year and the road will be repaved. Be aware, you =must= have a Misiones parking tag on your car mirror (there is one in the room...use it immediately). Walmart is not too far way although I think Mega is better. The Monalisa restaurant is first class and the Sunset Pizza has the same view and superb pizzas ! For us it was dinner one night, lunch the next day. And finally, Bob is a superlative host. If anything is out of place, he is ten minutes away and looks after your needs. Thanks Bob, for a great holiday. We WILL return. Misiones is well laid out and well landscaped. This unit is definitely five star !"
