"As soon as we stepped into this beautiful condo we saw the Sea of Cortez from every window, the bluest of blue water you've every seen. The condo is practically ocean front and the balcony is great to sit outside late evening meals (after the sun goes down when its cooler) The condo was spacious and had a nice layout. Villa La Perla was the perfect place to stay to relax. We enjoyed all of the many pools, especially the swim up bar! It is located right in between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo, so if you're planning on visiting both locations- its really the perfect location for you. It is really a peaceful environment, great for a relaxing getaway. We would recommend staying at this condo, and would love to return."

"My stock request for accommodation asked about the availability of condos. Steve the owner replied it is house not a condo. It is indeed a wonderful detached house and Steve was the consummate host both prior to our departure and even while we were there. He even facilitated a poolside massage on my wife's birthday. The house is perfect for a vacation, the private pool with outdoor speakers really makes it special as do the views over the Sea of Cortez (we saw whales most days and even a pod of dolphins). One feels secure, the beach access and the access to the small group of houses is gated. It is located on 'corridor' between two extremes of Cabo San Lucas (party town), and Cabo San Jose (quiet family town) town with easy access to either. We rented a car which made life a lot easier. Both bedrooms and living room have amazing views, the kitchen is well equipped and we grilled on the outside barbecue if we didn't eat out. If you rent this accommodation, and I would recommend it to anyone, don't forget to ask Steve to share his local knowledge email!"

"This is a very nice home close the beach. The beach is just a short walk down the cobblestone pathway. The view from the bedrooms, and the backyard is simply breathtaking. Wake up early to watch an amazing sunrise over the ocean. If you are lucky you may even spot a few whales. The private swimming pool is clean and well-maintained.
We are a couple of cousins who stayed with our families (with young children) and had a blast of a time. Few things you should be aware of: The Kitchen is pretty much empty, so it helps to make a complete shopping list if you plan to cook. You need a rental car. We had a few problems that did not receive quick attention from Senora Anna, but we didn't mind it so much because we were there for just a days - hot running water didn't work in one of the bathrooms; one of the lights in the living room was conked; the land phone (that was promised) for calling USA wasn't available."
