  • Perfect Location!

"This is a terrific property! It is located in the perfect location, on the corridor exactly half way between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas with everything these areas have to offer. There is an ocean view and easy access to one of the finest beaches in Los Cabos. As we were there at the height of the whale season we saw a lot of whales every day. The property is clean and maintained and has everything one would need in the way of kitchen equipment, barbecue, beach towels, WiFi, telephone and satellite TV. Owner was easy to work with setting up the reservation and answering all our questions and always responded promptly. We plan to rent this property again."

  • Great, Quiet stay

"We had a great month here! I really wish we had found this years ago. We have been doing timeshares for the last 20+ years and enjoyed this so much more and for a much better price! The room is older and does show some age, but nothing that diminished our stay, just some minor cosmetics. I understand from Ed that they will be doing some remodeling later in the year. Some of the things we liked: Plenty of space for the two of us. We used the bedroom in the back for sleeping, as it kept the morning sun off us to sleep better. The bedroom off the deck was the changing room as it was next to the bathroom with the walk in shower. Plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. Kitchen had plenty of cooking space with an island table for prep work and eating. The living room had 2 couches and a chair with a coffee table. One couch pulls out for a sleeper bed, did not try it though. Very good sized deck with Gas and charcoal BBQ. Table with 4 deck chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Morning sun only until around 11a. Medium sized flat screen TV with US Dish network. Had 4 east and 4 west coast networks, but that went away just before we left. Ed said he was working on getting something back soon, but not sure what or when . Also has DVR to record shows you might want to watch later. Very strong wireless internet connection. Was able to run my tablet, and my Roku 3 device at same time with no buffering. Also a phone with Magic Jack for USA calls as well as a local phone for calling around town. Older but Very usable appliances. 4 burner stove with oven, full sized refrigerator both worked very well. Newer microwave and all smaller appliances we needed. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cups. Washer and dryer was very nice with the longer stay. Very quiet resort, we never had a problem with noise. Transportation issues as the Taxi Banditos just raised their rates. They wanted 10-15 dollars to Costco and Walmart, 20-25 dollars into town. You can walk up the road to catch collectivo busses into town for about a dollar per person. Busses quit around 10p so if you are out late you will need to plan on a cab. A rental car would probably pay off if you plan on going into town much. Nice pool area with plenty of sun. Nice pool bar with good, inexpensive food and good drinks. Beach chairs, umbrellas and some snorkel gear if you want to go to the beach. Sandy beach, but rocky once you are into the water. Any problems with the unit, Ed is in the Resort and just a phone call away."

  • Even better than the pictures

"I was blown away by this residence...it is even more spectacular than the pictures! Being able to stay in the comfort of a home, with complete kitchen & washer/dryer within the property of this exquisite hotel makes for the best vacation imaginable. I celebrated my birthday with 5 friends, spending 4 nights/5 days in Cabo. The villa was extremely comfortable for 6 people, the bathrooms were particularly lovely and it was a treat to have multiple balconies - we spent most of our time outdoors on the large terrace. There are 3 pools just steps outside the door of the building, one with a full service restaurant/swim up bar and two others which you can bring your own beverages/food to. The self-service pool we spent time most of our time at ended being our very own private pool as there was no on else there! I booked airport transportation, dinner & spa reservations, a whale watching excursion and ordered groceries to stock the villa prior to our arrival all through the concierge at Luxury Villa Collections - everything was perfect. Esperanza is a quick cab ride away from great restaurants & bars in Cabo San Lucas."

  • Great place for a Cabo stay

"I stayed here for a weekend while visiting a friend who lives in Cabo. Everything about the stay and the unit was first rate. Check-in was seamless and the property manager met me at the door. The unit was immaculately clean, the view breathtaking and the interior finishes were nice and modern. I had no issue jumping right on the WiFi network and was set for a great weekend of relaxing by the pool and on the beach. Highly recommend this property. It will probably help to have a car to get into town."
