"This is a very nice home close the beach. The beach is just a short walk down the cobblestone pathway. The view from the bedrooms, and the backyard is simply breathtaking. Wake up early to watch an amazing sunrise over the ocean. If you are lucky you may even spot a few whales. The private swimming pool is clean and well-maintained.
We are a couple of cousins who stayed with our families (with young children) and had a blast of a time. Few things you should be aware of: The Kitchen is pretty much empty, so it helps to make a complete shopping list if you plan to cook. You need a rental car. We had a few problems that did not receive quick attention from Senora Anna, but we didn't mind it so much because we were there for just a days - hot running water didn't work in one of the bathrooms; one of the lights in the living room was conked; the land phone (that was promised) for calling USA wasn't available."

"The condo was perfect! It is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of San Lucas but still accessible to all by bus or taxi. The décor is wonderful and really fits the environs. You will never get tired of waking up to the sound of the Sea of Cortez or sitting on the deck looking at the view of "El Arco". Be sure to take the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, snorkel, and mask to the private cove for a delightful afternoon. Pepe's buffet dinner on Wednesdays is not to be missed - the tamales are delicious! In fact, we took a few of Cindy's restaurant recommendations and were very pleased. If you are looking for party central, go to San Lucas. If you are looking for a nice relaxing vacation with two excellent pools and a private beach, stay at Misiones. Thank you Cindy for making us feel so welcome!"

"This villa was wonderful! The decor is fabulous, very comfortable. The outside area with the private pool was my favorite. The only complaint I have is that getting to town is pricey, $20-$25 one way. Otherwise, had a wonderful time here. The concierge was fabulous and attentive and the property manager was very helpful when we had a small flood in the bottom bedroom."

"There were 7 adults and 1 baby at our recent stay at Debbie's house, all with plenty of room to spread out. The house is beautiful, with a pool right on the patio, which is where we hung out most of the time. We didn't do any excursions because of the baby, but we had a car and went to the marina area once.
It was great having en suite bathrooms in all but one of the bedrooms, but the kitchen was the best part. We cooked all of our own meals after shopping at Costco, and there was nothing you could possibly need in the kitchen that wasn't there - VERY well equipped.
Most nights we ate on the patio where there was always grilling going on and beautiful views.
It was obvious, from the construction close by, that this is a desirable and growing community, and when you see the views, you know why!
Debbie was wonderful to work with, and Baruch, the concierge, was always available had we needed him. Batseba, the housekeeper, spent hours every day cleaning and ensuring that laundry and dishes were done.
It was a great vacation, and a very lovely and accommodating home!
