  • Holidays in Heaven!

"Our family of 6 (including 2 teens) spent the holidays at this spectacular home. It was perfect. Set high a top the hills of Pedregal, the views are fantastic. The pictures do not do the home justice. The interior is decorated beautifully. The home is so spacious everyone had room to spread out. The open floor plan was also made evening card games and tv enjoyable. The outdoor space is incredible. Morning coffee on the patio was the perfect way to start the day. We spent lots of time watching the fishing boats and spotted many whales passing by the ocean below. The mornings were easily matched by the incredible sunsets and night skies. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you need to prepare and enjoy dinner either at the very large dining room or while taking in the sunset at the table on the deck. Before arriving, we assumed we would be spending lots of days in town or at Medano beach. We enjoyed relaxing on the sun deck and pool so much we never went to the beach. The fitness center is located near by, but the hills of Pedregal provide a challenging workout of their own! Such beautiful walks! I would recommend a car while staying at CVH. Although Pedregal is very close to the Cabo activities and nightlife, The house is quite far up the hill. I am sure cabs are an option too, but we did not use them. Leslie was very helpful and the rental process a breeze. She provides great directions and many helpful tips for restaurants and activities. Rocio was there to meet us upon arrival. We took advantage of the pre-arrival shopping. It was nice to have chips and guac and a cold cervesa waiting for us after a long travel day. I am sure we will be heading back to Cabo again soon. When we do, Casa Vista Hermosa will be the place for us!"

  • Anniversary Couple

"We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and it was a great place to stay. The condo has plenty of room and is comfortable. The view of the sea is amazing. Beautiful sunrises. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The swimming pool is right off of the patio porch. Lots to do in the area and great restaurants. It was hard to leave those sunny friendly beaches. Hope to return next year!"

  • Beautiful Condo!

"This condo is so beautiful. It exceeded our expectations! It was very easy to book through the owners. The entire facility and condo was very clean. The pools are great as well as the view. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They make the check in and out process easy. Jimmy checked us in and continued to take care of us. He even ran out and got our car a couple of times when the valet was busy. The beach was very nice and the vendors were not even that bad. Bring a little dish and laundry soap because the condo does not supply any. We left what we purchased there but it is possible the maids are allowed to take the supplies home. On the 4th day the maid did leave some dishwasher soap so if there isn't any just ask for some to be brought up. A couple of things about Cabo-timeshare people are EVERYWHERE. Just because you made it out of the airport without being fooled (don't talk to anyone there & say you lived there) doesn't mean you are safe. We even got approached at the rental car company. The man said he had to verify what we paid and then gave us directions. Then he hit the timeshare bit. Walking past restaurants on beach and marina there are men holding menus to entice you to eat there. These are timeshare people. If you don't mind going to a timeshare presentations to get free activities then hold out and keep saying no to going to the meeting. Then you will get the best deal. We paid $100 & got 4 Zipline tickets and parasailing, as well as a free lunch. But the pressure is great at these meeting so be prepared. I do recommend renting this unit. You wills not be disappointed. It is walking distance down the beach to some fun restaurants."
