  • Wow!!!!!

"This is the most amazing villa's I've ever stayed in hands down! The home is absolutely breathtaking to say the least. Everything is top notch from the living space to the bedrooms, negative edge pool and the décor! They really took the time to make sure that this would be a true escape from our day to day lives. The chef's and bartender were fabulous and very friendly as well. If you needed anything all you had to do was ask. It's located on top of the Pedregal mountains which offers not only privacy but stunning views of the pacific ocean and treats such as whales breaching in the morning and afternoon. The sunrise and sunset's are to die for. All of the accommodations are truly first class and this villa. It is a most do!!!! Thank you to Mark and the rest of the staff for making our stay at the Villa De Los Suenos the best 50th birthday and trip to Cabo in our lives. Best, Patrick Lecouturier."

  • Great, Quiet stay

"We had a great month here! I really wish we had found this years ago. We have been doing timeshares for the last 20+ years and enjoyed this so much more and for a much better price! The room is older and does show some age, but nothing that diminished our stay, just some minor cosmetics. I understand from Ed that they will be doing some remodeling later in the year. Some of the things we liked: Plenty of space for the two of us. We used the bedroom in the back for sleeping, as it kept the morning sun off us to sleep better. The bedroom off the deck was the changing room as it was next to the bathroom with the walk in shower. Plenty of closet space in both bedrooms. Kitchen had plenty of cooking space with an island table for prep work and eating. The living room had 2 couches and a chair with a coffee table. One couch pulls out for a sleeper bed, did not try it though. Very good sized deck with Gas and charcoal BBQ. Table with 4 deck chairs and 2 lounge chairs. Morning sun only until around 11a. Medium sized flat screen TV with US Dish network. Had 4 east and 4 west coast networks, but that went away just before we left. Ed said he was working on getting something back soon, but not sure what or when . Also has DVR to record shows you might want to watch later. Very strong wireless internet connection. Was able to run my tablet, and my Roku 3 device at same time with no buffering. Also a phone with Magic Jack for USA calls as well as a local phone for calling around town. Older but Very usable appliances. 4 burner stove with oven, full sized refrigerator both worked very well. Newer microwave and all smaller appliances we needed. Plenty of dishes, glasses and cups. Washer and dryer was very nice with the longer stay. Very quiet resort, we never had a problem with noise. Transportation issues as the Taxi Banditos just raised their rates. They wanted 10-15 dollars to Costco and Walmart, 20-25 dollars into town. You can walk up the road to catch collectivo busses into town for about a dollar per person. Busses quit around 10p so if you are out late you will need to plan on a cab. A rental car would probably pay off if you plan on going into town much. Nice pool area with plenty of sun. Nice pool bar with good, inexpensive food and good drinks. Beach chairs, umbrellas and some snorkel gear if you want to go to the beach. Sandy beach, but rocky once you are into the water. Any problems with the unit, Ed is in the Resort and just a phone call away."

  • Convenience, Comfort & Style!

"As a first time visitor to Cabo, i was a thrilled to have chosen this condo (it's a gamble!) I was a bit hesitant thinking my family & I would miss out on the entire experience not staying at a hotel w/ammeineties, but i was wrong! The condo has a a nice balance of comfort and style, the community pool is clean (not a murkey party pool), i felt good about my girls in it! its a fairly queit complex...i never heard out of control people/parties:),the food cabana has a great attentive staff (Sophia the best!) and its SAFE! Security is on the property 24 hrs. All side gates are locked 9pm, main enterance only:). after touring the area, we were grateful for not staying in a highly populated hotel, hearded around, trapped w/other tourist! We had up to 4 amazing restuarants just steps away, many more a few blocks away, a cute little beach and shops/GREAT mall near by. We had such a great time...we are making this our new vacation spot! Thanks Lesley for providing us w/ great recommendations and use of your lovely home!! A great time was had by all!!"

  • Great Time in Cabo!!

"This is the second time we haver been to Cabo, the first time we stayed at an all inclusive resort on Modano beach. We decided to do something different this year and stay in a private condo on the Pacific side. Man are we glad we did!!! We had an awesome time, the cond resort had two pools - one with a swim up bar and resturant. It is on a very nice private beach, so it is nice and relaxing. The walk to town and the Marina is less than 10 minutes away."
