  • Perfect place for R&R

"I couldn't have had a better time! The condo is spacious, perfectly decorated, clean. The location is convenient to the airport, marina, restaurants and beach. You can hear the waves crash and it's a very quiet complex. Pool bar is perfect for lunch and drinks. Definitely coming back many more times!"

  • Excellent value; great property!

"We are here now and this property is amazing. Villa La Estancia is part of a complex of three resorts. As a guest of Villa La Estancia, you can use the other two properties on either side but Estancia is the nicest and, by far, the quietest. Villa La Palma is the busiest neighboring resort, with the most activities but also a useful market. Guests at the neighboring resorts cannot, however, use Villa La Estancia grounds. Rooms are very spacious and well-appointed. We probably spent more time in our rooms than out. All the kitchen utensils you could want. Dishwasher (bring your own dishwashing soap!) and stackable washer and dryer. A pantry that has a collection of odds and ends (including several alcoholic bottles) from previous guests. The very deep patio gets afternoon sun so it's great to just lounge out on the loungers and soak up afternoon sun in the privacy of your own balcony. The beach also has a roped off area just for Estancia guests and part of the water is also roped off to prevent motorized boats or other water equipment from potentially hitting a swimmer. Don Reeves (owner) is very easy to work with. I highly recommend it."

  • Jana

"This was one of the best trips of my life. There were 10 women staying at the house for my 40th bday. The house was amazing. I had done a lot of research and wanted a "wow" factor and it was just that. The view was so beautiful and every bedroom was more gorgeous than the next. I also loved the location- it was quiet but also very close to town. Leticia was amazing as well. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast waiting for us. She was very flexible and really kept the cost down for us. The food was delicious and she helped us get anything we needed. We had massages at the house which were great too. Her son cooked us dinner twice and the food was amazing. Our last night we had a sushi party where the sushi was right up there with top sushi restaurants. I am so grateful and thankful to Antonio, matt and Leticia for making this the best trip of my life. I can't wait to go back."

  • Wonderful Experience in Cabo

"My stock request for accommodation asked about the availability of condos. Steve the owner replied it is house not a condo. It is indeed a wonderful detached house and Steve was the consummate host both prior to our departure and even while we were there. He even facilitated a poolside massage on my wife's birthday. The house is perfect for a vacation, the private pool with outdoor speakers really makes it special as do the views over the Sea of Cortez (we saw whales most days and even a pod of dolphins). One feels secure, the beach access and the access to the small group of houses is gated. It is located on 'corridor' between two extremes of Cabo San Lucas (party town), and Cabo San Jose (quiet family town) town with easy access to either. We rented a car which made life a lot easier. Both bedrooms and living room have amazing views, the kitchen is well equipped and we grilled on the outside barbecue if we didn't eat out. If you rent this accommodation, and I would recommend it to anyone, don't forget to ask Steve to share his local knowledge email!"
