  • Absolutely best location on Medano Beach. Beautiful spacious Condo. Walking distance to everything!!

"This is the second time our family has stayed in this condo for Thanksgiving week. We did a lot of checking around and pricing other rentals. By far this is the best deal for a 3 bedroom on the beach! The view is amazing and some of the best bars (The Office, Mango Deck, Billigans) are right there. The marina is also within walking distance where Cabo Wabo and Squid Row are. And the kids love the pool and swim up bar for smoothies. Cabo is one of our favorite vacation spots and we can't imagine staying anywhere else!!!"

"First of all Gloria is a JEWEL!!!!! Very great and easy to work with. She was concerned that we might not think her unit was up to our standards, quite the contrary it is GREAT!!!!!! We stayed 13 nights celebrating my birthday and our anniversary. The unit has everything you could want in a condo and has been updated and is a place that we will stay again. A large pool about 100 feet just out the slider toward the beach was never crowded and was fun to lay around and take in the sun. We have stayed in 3 or 4 other units at Casa Del Mar and this is our favorite, give it a try you will love it!!!!!!"

  • Great room, great location, super high pressure time share meeting

"So I want to start out by saying the room was great (exactly as described). The resort was in a great location, right on Medano beach and easy walking distance to the marina (we didn't take a cab once other than to and from the airport). The staff at the resort was also great. Very attentive and polite. On the less than stellar side, they REALLY try to sell you a time share (technically it is a "vacation club", but it is a distinction without a difference). I have never sat through one of these things before, so it was all very foreign to me. You go check in and then they say there is a free "welcome breakfast" the following morning that should only take 60-90 minutes, and you get all this free stuff for doing it (dinner cruises, massages, etc.). Again, not having ever been through a time share sales meeting, I just assumed this was actually some kind of welcome breakfast (stupid on my part, I know). Well, as you can guess, it was breakfast, followed by touring the facility, and finishing up in the sales room. Once there, I explained I would never make such a big decision (and we are talking about a LOT of money) without researching it first. So they brought in the "sales manager" (the whole process was very akin to buying a used car) to sweeten the deal. They kept saying "no pressure", but then would follow it up with an "if you don't take this deal now, it will never be available again" (doubtful). We went back and forth for quite a while (me continually saying I would never spend that kind of money on a whim), and then they finally gave me vouchers for the free stuff. The vouchers worked exactly as they said, so no complaints there. But the whole thing was VERY high pressure, and took over 2 hours. Anyway, I would probably stay in this room again (the room and resort were very nice), but I would definitely decline the "free welcome breakfast". While the free stuff was nice, I don't particularly want to waste a portion of my vacation dealing with used car salesmen."

  • Perfect down to the smallest of details!

"After I cleared customs and reached the airport exit I was greeted by Aurelio, an excellent chauffeur. He was extremely helpful, allowing me ample time to shop for groceries before taking me the rest of the way to Pedregal. The property managers Bibiana and Brandon are a pleasure to interact with. They arranged my transport saving me time and money as their contracted transport service is much less than those offered from the airport. As I took in the features of this stunning rental they had already unpacked my groceries! There is nothing they can't do for you, and either can be reached any time from the complimentary phone line. In the kitchen, the appliances all worked perfectly and utensils were in full supply. The beds are very comfy and the bathrooms are simply divine. A bar stocked with many bottles of good liquor was a nice touch provided by Greg the owner :) If you want awe inspiring views in a quiet and extremely secure location this is the place. I can't give anything but utter praise to this property. 10/10 I'll be renting here again soon!"
