  • Beautiful Condo!

"This condo is so beautiful. It exceeded our expectations! It was very easy to book through the owners. The entire facility and condo was very clean. The pools are great as well as the view. The staff are really friendly and helpful. They make the check in and out process easy. Jimmy checked us in and continued to take care of us. He even ran out and got our car a couple of times when the valet was busy. The beach was very nice and the vendors were not even that bad. Bring a little dish and laundry soap because the condo does not supply any. We left what we purchased there but it is possible the maids are allowed to take the supplies home. On the 4th day the maid did leave some dishwasher soap so if there isn't any just ask for some to be brought up. A couple of things about Cabo-timeshare people are EVERYWHERE. Just because you made it out of the airport without being fooled (don't talk to anyone there & say you lived there) doesn't mean you are safe. We even got approached at the rental car company. The man said he had to verify what we paid and then gave us directions. Then he hit the timeshare bit. Walking past restaurants on beach and marina there are men holding menus to entice you to eat there. These are timeshare people. If you don't mind going to a timeshare presentations to get free activities then hold out and keep saying no to going to the meeting. Then you will get the best deal. We paid $100 & got 4 Zipline tickets and parasailing, as well as a free lunch. But the pressure is great at these meeting so be prepared. I do recommend renting this unit. You wills not be disappointed. It is walking distance down the beach to some fun restaurants."

  • Wonderful Cabo rental!

"We just returned from a fabulous vacation at Villa La Estancia in Cabo! This 5th floor rental was perfect for our adult family of 5. We easily booked our reservation through VRBO and everything was easily handled via email/phone with Hysha afterwards. The set up is cozy and very spacious and master bedroom & second bedroom room are both perfect with access to the beautiful & large balcony with amazing views of the beach, pool area & landscape. This condo was equipped with everything we needed. We shopped at the Walmart which was much less expensive than the small on-site grocery store for our group. We took taxi cabs into town for either lunch or dinner and to shop as the walk was too far for us but everything was close 10-15 min rides. The resort is beautiful and family friendly. Our family will have wonderful memories of our trip to Mexico! Thank you!"

  • Perfection in Cabo

"I researched for days before making my decision to stay at Villa La Estancia, and this unit in particular. We had stayed in San Jose Del Cabo in a time share resort once before - it was all inclusive and knew we didn't want to do that again. From the advice on transportation (Transpacifico), to the comfort and size of this unit, we were amazed. This unit is far more beautiful than even the photos show. The unit is spotless and very modern with luxery throughout. We relaxed, slept well, felt safe and spoiled. My new favorite spot in Cabo is on the deck of this unit."

Cabo San Lucas Travel Tips

Cabo San Lucas Vacation Rentals are Easy to get to and Easy to Love!

Cabo San Lucas resorts are quickly becoming the destinations of choice for vacationers. Cabo San Lucas is close to Highways 1 and 19, and within an easy drive of the border with the U.S. state of California. For those further away, the area is also easily accessed via Cabo San Lucas International Airport.

Some of the main reasons for its increasing popularity is the year-round warm weather, wonderful scenery and excellent, uncrowded beaches. From its humble beginning as a small fishing community in the 1800s, the area still attracts visitors for its fishing as well as much more.

From Whale-Watching to Parasailing, it is all on Your Doorstep

The marina of Cabo San Lucas sits on the Sea of Cortez, otherwise known as the Gulf of California. It is well known for its laid-back atmosphere. From here, anglers may choose to take the opportunity to try some of the local sports such as fishing for marlin. There are a variety of water-based activities to undertake, from a not-to-be-missed tour of Cabo Bay to a boat trip to explore the wonderful beaches. Join one of the sailing excursions around the waters here and keep your eye open for the whales that are often seen in the sea. Here visitors can go parasailing, learn to dive, swim with the dolphins and even take a snorkeling or glass-bottom boat tour.

Many visitors here will want to take advantage of the wide variety of activities on offer. For thrill seekers, there are tours of the sand dunes and riverbanks. There are many different tours, some on ATVs or horseback; each tour is unique and covers a variety of areas. Do some off-road driving through the stunning deserts in the area. Or perhaps a horseback tour of the same area would be equally enjoyable. For a more relaxing tour, try a carriage ride through the area to explore the different landscapes within easy reach of Cabos San Lucas or take day trips out to the small towns scattered along the coast like San Jose del Cabo and La Paz. Another trip that hikers will enjoy is to walk out to the beach to watch the incredible sunset.

Unique Shopping and Unique Food

For a wonderful variety of "made in Mexico" gifts and souvenirs, visitors to Cabo San Lucas vacation rentals will find a great selection of shops here. To explore the shops, visitors will find many close to the beach and also in the downtown area of Lazaro Cardenas and Boulevard Marina. Among the items made locally are leather goods, pottery, silver, blown glass, masks and unique pieces by local, internationally renowned artists.

Cabo San Lucas travel really must include sampling some real Mexican food and visitors here will find a huge variety of locally run restaurants offering authentic local dishes. Naturally, seafood is a fundamental on most menus and visitors will find a wonderful array of it available. There are also many international restaurants. Visitors here will find dining out a real treat.

Beautiful Homes in a Beautiful Area

Scattered around Cabo San Lucas resorts are beautiful vacation homes providing a warm welcome and much more than all the comforts of home - check out Pedregal and Villa La Estancia vacation rentals. These spacious properties come with all modern conveniences and many luxuries that are not found outside very high-end hotels. Many of these homes include luxuries such as private hot tubs, large-screen televisions, DVD players, and more. Being homes instead of rooms, parents can unwind and relax on the deck while keeping an eye on the children as they make the most of the last rays of sun. Couples can enjoy a great day of activities and come "home" to a secluded hideaway for an evening of romantic solitude. There are homes for everyone; some include a warm welcome for the dog too.
