  • Amazing, beautifully maintained property.

"Jimmy Page Vacation Villa is a beautifully maintained ocean front property with all of the amenities of home and more! The listing description is 100% accurate. As soon as I arrived and stepped inside the gorgeous home I was mesmerized by the incredible view and the scent of fresh cut flowers that were placed throughout. The owner provided excellent customer service and was professional and courteous. The Maintainence staff is very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. I would definitely recommend this property and I am planning a return trip. The beach, dining, nightlife, paddle boarding is all very close and the area is easy to navigate. I felt safe and secure at all times. I look forward to planning my next vacation with Zuki Page in the near future. The sunrise and sunsets in Cabo are the best that I've ever seen."

  • Central Location, Great Economical Vacation

"There aren't enough wonderful words to describe the perfect location of Marina Sol condos. Walk to: beach, marina, movies, downtown. The neighborhood restaurant selection varies from 5 star dining/reservations required to delicious and bargain street fare. The complex is clean, seems to be well run and the pool is terrific! Condo is located in this great complex. It is street side (versus pool/garden) view. The street it is on is Busy and Loud at all times of day. Be prepared (ear plugs, keep windows shut, AC running, etc.). Condo is stocked w dated basics - kitchen eqpt, towels - you can't hurt anything, others before you have handled that task brilliantly. There are no supplies except coffee filters, however. You won't find: dish soap, windex (dining table is glass), paper towels, toilet tissue and soap/shampoo, basic spices, ziploc bags, etc. This is NOT a hotel (staff's words not mine). If staying longer than a week, apparently there is cleaning/maid service available if arrangement made in advance. We didn't do that, wish we had known. $30 to have the sheets changed, towels washed and sand swept out of the condo cleaned mid trip was well within our travel budget. The big negative about this particular condo was the beds. They were extremely uncomfortable. The bed in the master was rock hard and our teenage boys complained about theirs. We would rent a condo at Marina Sol again in a heartbeat. This particular condo we'd consider if the mattresses are replaced on all of the beds."

  • Wonderful week long stay!

"This penthouse is close to everything in Cabo San Lucas! We didn't even need to rent a car! Two blocks to Medano Beach, two blocks to the marina, a few blocks to downtown nightlife, and a great bar/restaurant poolside (Oasis bar & grill). We stayed here with 9 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub were clean and there are friendly people who live at the resort. The front office staff helped us with anything we wanted to do: set up rides to the airport, told us what beaches to go to, told us how to get to the bus, etc. We loved going to the beach during the day, there was so much to do within two blocks of Marina Sol. The beach featured restaurants of all types, some were high end, some were casual (great $1 tacos), and one had a wet t-shirt contest... so I guess there is something for everyone. The vendors on the beach will not leave you alone, I would recommend taking the bus or a cab to Chileno Beach to not be hassled. We did a whale watching tour as well, it is best to go to the marina to get the best price. The washer was out of commission during our stay (we were told it was getting serviced the next week) but they gave us laundry coins for the lobby, so that was taken care of. A handyman even came by halfway through our stay to fix a few small things around the penthouse (the garbage wasn't closing). We all had such a wonderful stay, I can't wait to come back to Cabo with a group again!"

  • February 2015 Stay

"My first contact with Chuck was in December 2014 to see if his condo was available for a trip in February 2015 and Chuck responded back very quickly and was very responsive to my questions. Once I decided to book the condo, Chuck gave me a confirmation number that was used to check in. If you have booked other properties through VRBO you usually have to sign a contract but the process that Chuck uses does not require you to sign documents and we had no issues. - Check in at the resort was very easy. I gave the front desk my confirmation number and they checked us in and showed us to our room. The resort is cashless so they will require you to put a "hold" on a credit card when you arrive and then you can true up your bill when you leave. - The resort complex is vey nice and the staff is friendly and very attentive. The work out room has all of the items you need to get in a nice workout. The grocery store has the staples you need in case you run out of something. You can dine at any of the establishments on the 3 properties. The pizza, tacos and sports bar are very good. - The condo was nice and it had all of the items required to have a nice stay. The beds were very comfortable and the master bathroom was very nice. The condo is well stocked with cooking utensils as well. - Wireless internet is available around the resort area but it is not available in the room. The condo does have a port to plug in your laptop (bring along a cord) or if you travel with a small wireless router you can plug that in and create a wireless connection. - We did not rent a car but used Esteban at Trans Pacifico and that worked out really nice to get from/to the airport. If you want to take a taxi to downtown or to Wal-Mart to get groceries it is $10.00. Wal-Mart is about 1.5 - 2 miles away and we walked there to get groceries and then took a cab back. Cabs are waiting at Wal-Mart so no concerns about getting back to the resort. - The only negative I would have (and this is not Chuck's issue) is that you will get asked about 100 times per day if you would like to buy silver, plates, hats....while lounging in the chairs by the ocean. If you stay up by the pool you will not have an issue because the sellers are not allowed on the property. When you go into town you will also get asked to buy the above items as well as timeshares. Overall this condo is great and Chuck was wonderful to work with. Thanks Chuck!"
