  • Excellent Home for a Family!!

"We vacationed with our grown children and grandchildren. There were 10 adults and 5 children. The house was Beautiful and PERFECT for us! The rooms are large and the bathrooms are beautiful. The view was like a postcard. You almost have to pinch yourself when you get up each day. It was whale season while we were there so we could see them from the living room and pool area. Just breathtaking! Dealing with Debbie and her staff was just excellent. They were so accomodating and helpful. Every last detail was prepared for us when we arrived. We arranged additional bedding for the babies, catered meals, transportation, dinner reservations, and much more. Baruch was on the other end of the phone with every last question. It was so nice to have everything booked and ready when we got there. Additionally, they have daily housekeeping. What a treat on vacation! I would recommend this home to anyone going to Cabo. Just excellence at every turn! We will be back FOR SURE!"

  • Awesome!

"Our family had a wonderful experience @ this condo. The owners and Property Manager were great to work with. They responded quickly and professionally. The unit itself was very clean and cozy. We had to move rooms due to the comfort levels of the beds, but everyone was satisfied once that happened. When the security guards at the gate were very nice to us! It was a great experience!"

  • A Place For All Ages!!!

"Thank you for sharing your villa. The place was so spacious(2100ft) and was just what we needed. We spent a lot of time on the veranda which is huge. We didn't use the large gas grill or the wine/beverage refrigerator on the veranda. We dined out every evening. We had breakfast in and lunch by the pool everyday. It was such fun taking turns swimming in the ocean and in the large pools at La Estancia. What a treat having a washer and dryer too! The grounds and the units are kept in tip top shape. The staff works very hard and they always have a smile and are willing to answer all your questions. This is an upscale part residential and part weekly rentals complex. So no wild Parties waking you up. The pool bar shuts down at dark. The complexes next door have bars that stay open late. There are several bars/cantinas that you can walk to from the beach. We took a taxi back since it was way to dark to walk back beachfront or by the road. You can walk to town(15 mins) or take the bus. Walmart is too far to walk. We had a car (free covered parking) which you really don't need since you are so close. The lockout bedroom was great so we could slip out and go to the gym without waking up everyone. There is an Art/wine Walk every Thursday evening in San Jose which is fun. We road Atv's one day close to Cerrito's Beach and then watched the surfer's ride the Pacific waves. Everything we did from reservations for dinner to daytime activities was done by the front desk personnel. John, thank your for all the tips you sent us prior to arrival. We tried to eat at all the restaurants on the list. Two weeks was just not enough time. We are looking at dates to return next summer. We sure hope one of your units are available then. Again, Thanks so much for helping us make some great family memories. Brenda, Pete, Veronica and Grandma."

  • Loved it

"This villa was perfect. Large and very well equipped.exactly as advertised and very fairly priced. Resort service was excellent. Pools were beautiful. Restaurants were not fantastic but plenty good enough for nights you may not want to venture out. Concierge services were excellent and their advise was accurate and helpful, and they refused to accept tips. Everything was extremely comfortable. Market was well stocked and convenient, although pricey,as you would expect, but it's a short taxi to the bigger stores if you want to save a little. Balconys are huge .Location is very good and the use of the 2 adjacent resorts was good. My wife and son really liked the spa ,and they have been in many good ones . This villas location is quieter than some others ,which was very nice. Our only complaint was we thought the master bed needed a new mattress, which the owner agreed with. Hopefully it will be addressed . Highly recommend VLE and would go back ."

Cabo San Lucas Travel Tips

Cabo San Lucas Vacation Rentals are Easy to get to and Easy to Love!

Cabo San Lucas resorts are quickly becoming the destinations of choice for vacationers. Cabo San Lucas is close to Highways 1 and 19, and within an easy drive of the border with the U.S. state of California. For those further away, the area is also easily accessed via Cabo San Lucas International Airport.

Some of the main reasons for its increasing popularity is the year-round warm weather, wonderful scenery and excellent, uncrowded beaches. From its humble beginning as a small fishing community in the 1800s, the area still attracts visitors for its fishing as well as much more.

From Whale-Watching to Parasailing, it is all on Your Doorstep

The marina of Cabo San Lucas sits on the Sea of Cortez, otherwise known as the Gulf of California. It is well known for its laid-back atmosphere. From here, anglers may choose to take the opportunity to try some of the local sports such as fishing for marlin. There are a variety of water-based activities to undertake, from a not-to-be-missed tour of Cabo Bay to a boat trip to explore the wonderful beaches. Join one of the sailing excursions around the waters here and keep your eye open for the whales that are often seen in the sea. Here visitors can go parasailing, learn to dive, swim with the dolphins and even take a snorkeling or glass-bottom boat tour.

Many visitors here will want to take advantage of the wide variety of activities on offer. For thrill seekers, there are tours of the sand dunes and riverbanks. There are many different tours, some on ATVs or horseback; each tour is unique and covers a variety of areas. Do some off-road driving through the stunning deserts in the area. Or perhaps a horseback tour of the same area would be equally enjoyable. For a more relaxing tour, try a carriage ride through the area to explore the different landscapes within easy reach of Cabos San Lucas or take day trips out to the small towns scattered along the coast like San Jose del Cabo and La Paz. Another trip that hikers will enjoy is to walk out to the beach to watch the incredible sunset.

Unique Shopping and Unique Food

For a wonderful variety of "made in Mexico" gifts and souvenirs, visitors to Cabo San Lucas vacation rentals will find a great selection of shops here. To explore the shops, visitors will find many close to the beach and also in the downtown area of Lazaro Cardenas and Boulevard Marina. Among the items made locally are leather goods, pottery, silver, blown glass, masks and unique pieces by local, internationally renowned artists.

Cabo San Lucas travel really must include sampling some real Mexican food and visitors here will find a huge variety of locally run restaurants offering authentic local dishes. Naturally, seafood is a fundamental on most menus and visitors will find a wonderful array of it available. There are also many international restaurants. Visitors here will find dining out a real treat.

Beautiful Homes in a Beautiful Area

Scattered around Cabo San Lucas resorts are beautiful vacation homes providing a warm welcome and much more than all the comforts of home - check out Pedregal and Villa La Estancia vacation rentals. These spacious properties come with all modern conveniences and many luxuries that are not found outside very high-end hotels. Many of these homes include luxuries such as private hot tubs, large-screen televisions, DVD players, and more. Being homes instead of rooms, parents can unwind and relax on the deck while keeping an eye on the children as they make the most of the last rays of sun. Couples can enjoy a great day of activities and come "home" to a secluded hideaway for an evening of romantic solitude. There are homes for everyone; some include a warm welcome for the dog too.
