  • Amazing Views / Very Spacious

"We had the best time and can’t wait to go back. The property is amazing and has incredible views from every floor/room. The staff was extremely helpful with coordinating our transportation upon arrival as well as making sure the kitchen was fully stocked with food/beverages. This made the transition from the airport to the property much easier and we were able to start our vacation immediately. The property is clean, spacious, and newly remodeled with wonderful upgrades. We traveled with three couples and everyone had their own suite with a private entrance/patio as well as their own private bathroom. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and each room has its own AC unit (if needed). The private pool was one of our favorite parts of the property. It was perfect when we wanted to relax and still be able to enjoy an ocean view without having to be at the beach. We made a last minute decision to not rent a car since the property is located close to downtown. It actually worked out fine since the property is within walking distance to the beaches, shops, and restaurants. We decided to spend a day in San Jose, which is a 45 minute drive and our concierge coordinated the transportation. It was easy and convenient and we were able to make as many stops as needed throughout the day. Another recommendation is to take advantage of the chef services. The food was delicious and the chef/staff made it a delightful and pleasant experience. The kitchen also has everything you will need to prepare your own meals. We loved this property and will definitely be returning."

  • Optimum Location, Great Accommodations, Perfect Host

"If you're staying in Cabo and want to be close to the action, then this is a perfect spot. Allison was very responsive and attentive and provided great guidance to an infrequent Cabo visitor. The condo is very nice, walking distance to everything you need and you only need a car on an intermittent basis if you're interested in excursions to Todos Santos or La Paz. Check out the Cabo bakery 2 blocks away from the condo..(You'll be back every day!). Learn how to say "I'm from here" in Spanish and that will help keep the vendors at bay. Allison made things comfortable, easy and had a positive impact on our stay!"

  • Cabo

"Our stay at Villa La Estancia was very nice. The condo unit was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed out time on the balcony overlooking the pool area and view of the ocean. Jana was very helpful with everything and very easy to contact and communicate with. The spa was enjoyable!"

  • Beautiful and luxurious villa, perfect for our trip!

"We recently stayed at Villa Sebastian and loved it! As many have stated, the pictures don’t lie, this place is gorgeous. The pool/hot tub/grill area is perfect for sunny days and warm nights, and the kitchen has all high-quality cookware and appliances. The bedrooms are nicely outfitted and all three have access to a balcony. Air conditioning worked wonderfully, so it was pleasant for sleeping. While the villa is located at one of the higher points of Pedregal, it offers stunning views in any direction and the homes seemed a bit more spread out so no noisy neighbors to deal with. Ishmael, the property manager, was very helpful and came by to show us how to operate the spa and other important features. We also arranged for Cabo Chef Services to cook dinner the first night, and I would tell everyone to do the same. They will also do your grocery shopping for you, which you should take advantage of as there aren’t any big stores nearby. Overall we loved our experience — it was much more peaceful than staying at a resort on Medano Beach. We felt like we were living in luxury for the week. Carolina was a dream to work with, as she replies to inquiries quickly and the payment method is professional and reassuring. While I give this rental my highest possible recommendation, I do want to note a couple caveats: - I will reiterate what everyone else has said -- the walk up and down the hill can be quite grueling. I am an avid runner and found myself out of breath walking up! It is a nice bit of exercise though, especially after eating such good food, plus you get some amazing views of the beach or downtown. I would say you most definitely cannot walk up or down at nighttime, as it is poorly lit and sometimes the sidewalks can be tricky (especially since many have a significant drop-off). Cabs up cost us usually $20. - The Wifi in the house is pretty spotty. It really only seemed to work in the kitchen/dining/living area, and not very much by the pool or in the bedroom. - The daily cleaning service is fantastic and they are very thorough, but they ARE there for approximately three hours, so every day from about 9am-12pm, we felt like we had to stay out of the way. Just a heads up! Those small matters aside, I would definitely recommend this rental for any group of people looking for a private, relaxing vacation in Cabo. I spent weeks scouting out all the Pedregal rentals and am so pleased I ended up choosing this one."
