  • Nice place

"The margaritas on arrival were a very nice touch. The place was clean, the view beautiful. It was a little hike to get up the hill to this villa, but if you had eaten enough (and we always did!), then the hike was a good way to help burn off a full tummy. The kitchen was well supplied with needed utensils, but please renew your pottery:). We cooked a lot, so the kitchen worked well. Pool and hot tub were very nice - they heated up fast."

  • Lovely place in the heart of town

"My hubby and our grown daughter rented this lovely place for five days. All was as advertised. The manager was very helpful, spoke great English, and quickly arrived when we called from The Hotel California to bring us a few blocks to the house. Very secure (locked gate, double-locking door); beautiful house, cool in the hot afternoons, very hot shower. The mattresses are probably dense foam -- not the best beds ever but much much better than many. Coffee maker and plenty of dishes and kitchen gear. Well-stocked water cooler. The internet generally worked as well as anywhere else we tried to get internet in Mexico (tip -- unplug and plug modem/router if it doesn't work). Very nice high ceilings helped keep it cool, though the palm leaf roof did let in a few large crawly bugs. The manager says they are replacing it with a cement roof which will be less lovely but perhaps will keep out the crawlies. There were no flying bugs we saw, and the few crawly ones that showed up were slow-moving and upon a google search appeared to be harmless. The fans and AC were certainly adequate to keep it cool, though perhaps not in the middle of summer. At night and early AM, neighborhood dogs and roosters were quite vocal -- but that's part of the charm of staying in a little town in Mexico. Within a few blocks are many great restaurants (La Copa was our favorite, at least at night), art galleries, curio shops, "La Bodega Todos Santos" for Monday night wine tasting (and live music when we were there); and the wonderful little history "museum"/shop/gallery on Marquez de Leon between Juarez and C. Militar, whose name escapes me. We would definitely stay again. Todos Santos is a great base for day trips if you have a car -- 1) the little historic ghost town "El Triunfo" with great food and lovely landscaping at the cafe; 2) beautiful beach at El Cerritos; 3) "Art and Beer" near El Cerritos - an experience in itself; 4) La Paz and its beaches (about an hour including the heavy La Paz traffic); 5) Cabo itself -- about an hour including Cabo traffic; 6) Lots of exploring to do on the east side north of Cabo, most of which we didn't have time for this trip. There are a couple beaches adjacent to Todos Santos but to be honest they weren't impressive other than for viewing the sunset."

  • Las Olas Beach Front - Ground Level

"I highly recommend this condo unit for anyone looking for a 3 bedroom condo on the Beach Front. This clean, maintained spacious 3 bedroom ground floor condo comes well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, linens etc. There is a dining room to have a group or family dinner inside and a also patio table outside. There are comfy couches on the outdoor patio to sit and relax after a long day in the sun. BONUS: The pool area is just steps outside your front door. The condo is secured as there is security 24/7.The owners Ellen and Mike of the the condo unit are wonderful people and very accommodating. For your convenience there is Zippers restaurant right next door, a small convenience store that is less than a five minute walk, only a 7 minute cab ride to San Jose or a 25 minute bus ride to Los Cabos. There is a Mega Grocery Store is is about a 25 minute walk. They have cabs waiting so you they can drive you back to the condo with your groceries. Every Friday as fish truck stops on the premises so you can purchase free fish at a great price."

  • Tranquility

"This condo was absolutely perfect for us. When you first walk in you are mesmerized by the gorgeous view of the ocean. We could sit for hours on the back deck looking out over the water. The condo had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated and so spacious. We wished we could have stayed longer. The condo complex and beach were very pleasant and peaceful. My husband and I are quiet people and enjoy a more tranquil setting. We hope to come back for years to come. We already booked our next trip to stay at this wonderful place! Henry was so accommodating and helpful. We really enjoyed how close the condo is to San Jose del Cabo. What a wonderful little town! What a great vacation. Loved, loved it!"
