"We were fortunate to be able to spend a few days in this lovely home in Loreto; it sure had all the amenities needed to provide us with an excellent and relaxing vacation in this lovely part of Baja California, Mexico. The location of the house is just excellent, just a few feet from a very nice pool and very near the beach as well. The neighborhood is well taken care of, and you can enjoy your afternoons in a peace and quiet environment.
The grill is on an excellent location together with the outside table and chairs, which will provide your dinners with a gorgeous landscape of the mountains and the sea as well. Our vacation time went by so quickly; we sure are planning to go back and staying a little bit longer next time.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Loreto, this is definitely a must take in consideration home."

"My wife and I had a wonderful week in Loreto at the Casa de Perla. The house almost seemed too good to be true, at such a reasonable rate, but it even exceeded our hopes. It's located in a quiet neighborhood on the north side of town - you hear dogs and roosters and the chatter of a thousand songbirds, all the sounds of peaceful small-town life. Just a stone's throw from the house are some palapas on a nice little stretch of beach popular with locals and Mexican tourists, and you can walk easily to the Malecon or a little farther to the center of town for groceries, paletas, or arrachera-stuffed potatoes (trust me you want this, at Asadero Super Burro). The house has everything you could want - a nicely appointed kitchen, plenty of hot water, fast wifi, comfortable beds, and beautiful views. We were there at the hottest time of year, and the AC was magical, turning the bedrooms into cool, dark caves that made sleeping easy. Jan was great to work with, very helpful and friendly and has thought of everything necessary for visitors to have a good stay. Not a thing bad to say, we only have positive memories. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone."

"Dear Felicia and Jon Brooks,
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home. My parents and I had a great time and felt privileged to stay in Casa Illuminata. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Loreto. Loreto Bay is a beautiful community and your home was equal parts cozy and gorgeous. We will be back!

"This was our second time in Loreto Bay. It is a magical place! This property is lovely, very well located, with everything you need for a home away from home. The only reason I'm not giving the property 5 stars is because the water was off several days due to construction in the neighborhood, and many of the casas nearby are being worked on since this is the slow season, so there was a lot of jackhammering and such. Neither of these things had anything to do with this casa, but it did affect our stay. With that said, we would absolutely rent this property again."
