  • Back Again

"Was here a year ago and now finishing another great stay at this fantastic condo in a great little fishing town. Stay a few days and spend some time fishing, wandering around the area and relaxing at the resort-you won't regret it!"

  • Great Place

"Outstanding accomodations centrally located in this fisherman's haven. Great views from the balcony of the pool (bar) and ocean. The condo is fully stocked with all the ammenities if you want to be self sufficient. However, the food in the area is so good and fresh, you may not want to eat in. Owner and on scene staff were very friendly and accomodating. I am definitely going to utilize this place when I go back to Los Barriles!!!"

  • Best Vacation we have ever had!

"We just got back from 3 weeks staying at the casita in Los Barriles. We didn't really know what to expect when we got there and were blown away by what a nice place it was. Dave and Cheryl could not have been warmer and more welcoming. They are truly Los Barriles legends and a wealth of knowledge as they have been coming down since the 70's. Everyone in town knows them and I think it was advantageous for us on numerous occasions that were were staying "at Dave and Cheryl's place". We stayed in the larger Casita above the garage with our 8 month old daughter. It was incredibly private and steps from the beach. There is a great view of the ocean (we watched whales while eating breakfast) as well as the mountains from the covered patio and bedroom. I was able to go kiteboarding directly from the house. I pumped up on the back patio and launched steps away. Wi-fi and cable T.V. were provided, but we were too busy having fun to use them much. The walk to the center of town only takes a few minutes. There are great restaurants, grocery stores, laundry, coffee shops, etc. within a ten minute walk. There is a smaller studio casita as well that would be perfect for friends/family/etc. to stay in as well. We took a cab from the airport directly to the casita and were able to walk everywhere in town once we got there. There was not one time that we felt like we should have had a vehicle there, but if we had one, there was a spot available that would have been perfectly safe and secure. David and Cheryl made it so enjoyable for us that we are coming back to L.B. next year for 2 months."

  • Miss it already!

"The 2nd visit was even better than the first and longer! Gorgeous view and great swimmable beach! Very roomy home for multiple couples or families to easily share and individual villas for privacy and shared common area and kitchen. Great area for beach walks, sea kayaking right off beach in front of house, pool and snorkeling. Close to Hotel Punta Pecadero with great lunches and dinners with incredible views. Poli and Olivia can help with any special requests. Email your grocery list before you arrive so the house will be fully stocked! Octavio is a local gentleman who also has a eatery nearby and on certain nights, serve a seafood buffet which was delicious. Octavio's wife can also prepare dinners and be brought to the Casa Blanca. I strongly recommend renting a car, shopping for groceries before you arrive at the house. You can be set for the week and not even leave the house! There are games, books and movies galore. Just sitting on the pool deck of the house is all you really want to do. Just returned from Casa Blanca 2 weeks ago and looking forward to the next visit!!!!"
