"Our family of four had the best time in this villa, in this unique little community, and in the lovely town of Loreto. Prior to our trip, the owner was always easy to work with and answered all questions by email or phone. The villa is as pictured and in a quiet location as described. It was perfect for my somewhat noisy family. The layout was nice with large bedrooms and restrooms, a very comfortable couch, plenty of towels and robes, and a functional kitchen which we used everyday for at least two meals. The villa was tiled throughout and decorated attractively, yet did not have lots of breakables which is another bonus for family travel. Also, it was very clean and came with a washer/dryer. Air conditioning worked well.
July is the low tourist time in the area, so the villa community was quiet. Everyday, we walked to the beach (2 min. walk) and swam in the ocean. Such a calm bay! The water was warm and in the early mornings fish could be seen. In the evenings we swam in the pool which was also warm. The local wine bar makes very refreshing mango margaritas and the hotel had great tortilla chips with guacamole that they served to us under a palapa on the beach. The villa community landscaping is beautiful with an assortment of cacti, bougainvillea, palms, and many other lush plants that grow well in humid weather. Everyone we came in contact with was very helpful.
In our rental car, we ventured to town or sites beyond everyday. We purchased groceries and Mexican pastries often at Super Ley Express in Loreto and ate the delicious fruit bars at the local ice cream place. We ate at several restaurants, but our favorite was a very small mom and pop place under a thatched roof in the middle of town. Not in the tourist section. We also enjoyed Vista Al Mar. The absolute highlight of our trip was twice going to the marina and hiring a small fishing boat with captain to take us to three islands to snorkel? On one trip we came upon a huge frolicking pod (80-100) of dolphins who swam and played around our boat!
This was a wonderful vacation. We highly recommend this villa and community to other adventurous families!"

"The house was great and facilitated a wonderful vacation for us. What an absolutely beautiful location and set up. Everything we needed was there. We spent lots of time on the water with your kayaks and paddle boards and enjoyed time hanging out on the beach and deck enjoying the scenery and the birds. All the folks involved with managing the house were so very helpful in making our stay enjoyable. We enjoyed very much visiting with them. Really, our trip to your house could not have been better, thanks so much for making it available. I look forward to an opportunity to return."

"We stayed at Montecristo for a very short time however it proved to be amazing. I have stayed in a villa previously however David's four bedroom Hacienda was spectacular. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff were second to none. I can hardly wait to return and would highly recommend this holiday to anyone. David I can't thank you enough and appreciate how smoothly everything went!"

"This was the best trip ever. I can't wait to go back. The grounds are immaculate, the people are friendly, the food is delicious and the unit we stayed in was perfect. It had everything we needed. It was close enough to the town to walk. The restaurants on the property were amazing too. The water was calm in this area so we were able to go in. The walks on the beach were the prettiest I've ever seen. We are booking another trip back in November. Everyone must see Cabo at least once and the only place to stay is LaEstancia. Our unit had a perfect view, morning sun, wi-fi, and was well equipped with everything we needed."
