"As usual our stay at Casa Grande was delightful. Having coffee looking out over the Sea of Cortez every morning was just wonderful. Every time we have come here the house has been clean and ready for us to enjoy. This was not our first nor will it be our last stay at Casa Grande!"

"Very happy with house. Located very close to beach as well as 3 pools, the closest being the lap pool. Rooms and beds were comfy. Kitchen adequately stocked with dishes and cooking supplies. The only thing we could have used would be some more patio chairs to enjoy the upstairs patio, as we tended to have most of our meals and chats up there. Perhaps some stackable plastic patio chairs? We had a wonderful week and hope to return to Loreto it truly is a beautiful place!"

"My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about John's casita in Los Barriles. The house is perfect for two people. It was immaculate and had all the cooking and beach supplies you could need (bring water shoes as the beach can be rocky). Having access to the kayaks was the best part! We saw dolphins, sea turtles, bat rays, puffer fish... and the water is so clear that we just floated around and watched the abundance of sea life. The town of Los Barrriles is very sleepy. The grocery store is terrific, and there are a couple places to buy even fresher produce. I'm so sad to come back to our skimpy $2.00 avacados! John was a wonderful host, and we so enjoyed our sunrise chats as he walked Chloe and Pita (also lovely to have around!) If you are looking for loads of loud, rowdy people, this is not the place for you. If you love sunshine, quiet, a rocking chair just to look at the water, and whales (everyday!!!) then you will have found paradise."
