"We stayed in Evan's condo on our first visit to Cabo. The accommodations were first class. On our arrival at the condo, the refrig/freezer went out. The management replaced it the same day and it worked great the rest of the trip. Evan called me to make sure everything was fine....I would highly recommend this condo and any other that Evan owns."

"My hubby and our grown daughter rented this lovely place for five days. All was as advertised. The manager was very helpful, spoke great English, and quickly arrived when we called from The Hotel California to bring us a few blocks to the house. Very secure (locked gate, double-locking door); beautiful house, cool in the hot afternoons, very hot shower. The mattresses are probably dense foam -- not the best beds ever but much much better than many. Coffee maker and plenty of dishes and kitchen gear. Well-stocked water cooler. The internet generally worked as well as anywhere else we tried to get internet in Mexico (tip -- unplug and plug modem/router if it doesn't work). Very nice high ceilings helped keep it cool, though the palm leaf roof did let in a few large crawly bugs. The manager says they are replacing it with a cement roof which will be less lovely but perhaps will keep out the crawlies. There were no flying bugs we saw, and the few crawly ones that showed up were slow-moving and upon a google search appeared to be harmless. The fans and AC were certainly adequate to keep it cool, though perhaps not in the middle of summer. At night and early AM, neighborhood dogs and roosters were quite vocal -- but that's part of the charm of staying in a little town in Mexico. Within a few blocks are many great restaurants (La Copa was our favorite, at least at night), art galleries, curio shops, "La Bodega Todos Santos" for Monday night wine tasting (and live music when we were there); and the wonderful little history "museum"/shop/gallery on Marquez de Leon between Juarez and C. Militar, whose name escapes me. We would definitely stay again. Todos Santos is a great base for day trips if you have a car -- 1) the little historic ghost town "El Triunfo" with great food and lovely landscaping at the cafe; 2) beautiful beach at El Cerritos; 3) "Art and Beer" near El Cerritos - an experience in itself; 4) La Paz and its beaches (about an hour including the heavy La Paz traffic); 5) Cabo itself -- about an hour including Cabo traffic; 6) Lots of exploring to do on the east side north of Cabo, most of which we didn't have time for this trip. There are a couple beaches adjacent to Todos Santos but to be honest they weren't impressive other than for viewing the sunset."

"Whales and snorkeling in February at the casita . . . perfecto! The casita was lovely, with a beautiful view, cool breeze and terrific beach. Surf was too big for swimming from the casita but there's a nice inlet just up the coast. Snorkeling and whale watching at Cabo Pulmo were the highlights. Dawn gives great recommendations, too!"
