"The one bedroom La Jolla condo was exactly as described on the site and by previous reviewers. The condo met or exceeded our expectations and was ideal for our needs for this short four night vacation. The location makes it possible to get by without renting a car, if you like to walk and use public transportation. We took the public bus for a Cabo day trip, walked to Palmilla Beach on the beach, at low tide (and took the public bus back to the condo) and even walked the 2 plus miles into town. Bette was great to deal with, too. I will definitely consider this property again if I am fortunate enough to vacation again in San Jose del Cabo."

"I rented both the main and adjoining houses with a group of friends in early-May 2015. I would highly recommend these properties - both of them were amazing! The house is beautiful and the landscaping is really well done, which is a great touch with the outdoor pool and hot tub. The house comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook at home, take to the beach and have a great time in general. Also, it was very well situated in terms of access to/from the airport and only about 20 minutes into downtown Cabo. Lori is wonderful - very responsive and accommodating. Definitely an overall five-star experience!"

"We just got back from this condo and it was great. It took us a couple of days and lots of frustration to get there because of the recent tropical storm in Houston (not Cabo), but once we got there we realized that it was worth the effort. We had two flight cancellations the first day. We tried again on the second day and had to change planes in Mexico City (which we missed because of delays) then finally got to Cabo about 1 am on the third day. Henry was very sympathetic to our plight. The area is nice and quiet. We had the pool and beach to ourselves. The condo was awesome and we hated to leave. Everything worked as it should. No issues whatsoever. This isn't a party area, but you are close enough to go to the city of Cabo San Lucas if that is what you want. This is a little farther North towards the airport and on the edge of San Juan del Cabo. The large grocery store is only a few kilometers away. Also highly recommend Playa Santa Maria and Playa Chilleno towards the South for a little variety, but to be honest the one right off the balcony was really beautiful. Do the sunset cruise on the Cabo Rey. Good food, drinks included, and gorgeous scenery circling near Lands End. That is how we ended our trip."
