  • Superb for ocean lovers!

"The best location in San Jose del Cabo and the best located condo in Las Olas. Perfect 360 view of all ocean, can see 3 different surf spots right from the balcony or bedroom: Zippers, La Roca and Old Man's. Sleep with the sound of waves breaking and wake up to your own private morning surf report, just perfect. Right across the highway you can find the Costa Azul surf shop and the finest fish & seafood restaurant around called La Marea. The owners are super nice and Laury the concierge will take care of your every need, highly recommended!"

  • Joan G

"My husband and I have personally stayed in this condo four times and in this complex 6 times. The people are friendly and we have met many of the same people renters and owners that come back year after year. The view is spectacular you can see the Sea of Cortez, whale watch and watch surfers hit the waves right from your balcony. The condo has been updated with new furniture in and out and some new appliances. The cable TV and internet work great. We had a great relaxing time this past February and have already booked this condo for next years get away."

  • Awesome vacation!

"We had such a great vacation staying at this 2-bedroom Las Olas condo. The condo was perfect for us. It was well-equipped and clean. We enjoyed time spent sitting on the deck watching the beautiful sunrises and the whales. We did not rent a car during our stay. We just took the bus to the mega or Cabo. (Only $1 USD for Mega & $3 USD for Cabo) We called a taxi for other places we wanted to go. We enjoyed so many things while staying here. Our favorites were, the sunrises, the whales, shrimp, burgers & ribs at Zippers, a fabulous lunch at Las Guacamayas (you have to try the taco de pastor), the people, the coconut ice cream at LaDulce Villa (near mega), boogie boarding, walking the beach and relaxing. We also took surf lessons from Alex at the Costa Azul surf shop across the road. Excellent experience! The entire vacation was awesome. We will for sure return to Las Olas!"

  • Beautiful surfside retreat; can’t wait to go back!

"We had a great stay at this spacious and comfortable condo overlooking Costa Azul beach. The unit is bright and airy with a large balcony and incredible ocean views. It was very comfortable for five adults. The open layout of the kitchen, dining area, and living room, along with the large balcony meant there was plenty of room for everyone; we never felt crowded. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained as well with a nice pool overlooking the beach and an adjacent shaded area that provided a perfect vantage point of the surf. Lounge chairs were plentiful and always available. The condo’s greatest attribute may be its location. Situated on the Costa Azul Beach, the condo is literally right on top of two great surf breaks, Middles and the Rock. Middles offers a mellower wave that is great for beginners while the Rock has a very consistent and rippable right along with a shorter, faster left. Two other breaks are within walking (at low tide) or paddling distance. Renting boards was super convenient and affordable at Costa Azul surf shop right across the street. They have a large selection and will let you swap out boards during a multi-day rental. The location is also a great launching point for exploring the Los Cabos area. San Jose del Cabo is five minutes away and Cabo San Lucas is only about twenty minutes. Driving is easy (we went with Cactus car rental) and cabs are plentiful for the times you don’t want to drive. We stayed a couple of nights on Medano Beach in Cabo San Lucas. I recommend that if you want to surround yourself with drunken frat boys, overweight cruise ship passengers and non-stop club music. Otherwise, stay at Las Olas and take a cab to San Lucas for a night out, then retreat back to the peace and quiet of Costa Azul. Make sure to head to Zippers for a meal or two on the beach. Guacamaya’s in San Jose del Cabo should not be missed, and if you want to treat yourself to something special, check out Casiano’s. Overall, we had a great experience at Las Olas and can’t wait to return!"
