  • Simply Superb!

"The property is exactly as described. We found all amenities to be in excellent working order and well cared for. The Condo is nicely appointed, and the property itself is very secure and impeccably maintained. We also found the staff (Leo and Hugo) to be extremely friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again and highly recommend the property! The views from the balcony are specular and sunsets are even better! Furthermore the community pool is very clean and comfortable and personally as it was an adult weekend I enjoy its more “quite” atmosphere. Have La Concha Hotel next door makes things very convenient for morning coffee, or meal or beverage. Furthermore, while I was vacation I do like to keep up with the office. The Wi-Fi worked very well and had reasonable speeds. Overall we were extremely pleased. ZERO complaints! And special thanks to Paul for confirming so quickly for us on our last minute travels plans. • Casa de Escape

"We returned from Casa de Escape last night after having a wonderful week in Los Barriles, Everything listed about the property is exactly as stated or better, the beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen well appointed, and the outside area had plenty of sitting and lounging options. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and a cooler made everything complete. We enjoyed evenings by the fire pit, stargazing on the roof and walking the beach at sunrise and sunset. I was accompanied by my 25 yr old daughter and her boyfriend and they enjoyed it as much, if not more and we're already planning on a return."

  • Add This to Your Bucket List!

"There was 4 in my party who enjoyed the very clean and comfortable home of Tom and Rosemary. Tom was so accommodating, warm and helpful - picked us up from the airport, stopped at a grocery to pick up what we needed, and offered daily trips into town. But my brother-in-law drove us each day - easy to get around, and only a short drive into great shopping area. Most shop owners spoke enough English and offered sales in American dollars. The local food was over the top at about every place we ate - including the Italian place, Romeo and Julietta! Don't miss the little bar, Two for the Road! We went deep sea fishing and caught a striped marlin. The view from the condo was spectacular, and the private pool a real treat! Weather was perfect! Beaches were a short drive away - but worth it! Very affordable and super value!!!"

  • Wonderful experience!

"Our extended family vacation of grandparents, parents, and 12 year old was a complete success during the week prior to Easter. We knew we wanted to stay in the quieter, more "Mexican" town of San Jose del Cabo, as we have visited Baja numerous times. Sampaguita 6 was perfect for us. From our first contact with Garfield, to our final goodbye to Frank, the experience was PERFECT. The villa was beautiful, perfectly located, and convenient to everything. We shopped at Mega almost daily - only two blocks away - and barbecued whole fish and steak on the giant barbeque on our patio. Tip: take your rolling suitcase, check it at the entry desk, and wheel your groceries the two blocks home. We took the local buses into town on days when we went in more than once. The walk into town was actually a treat, and not difficult for any of us. We rented a car at a nearby dealer, and drove to Todo Santos, Cabo San Lucas, and Cabo Pulmo (our favorite). We walked to the estuary, enjoyed many nearby restaurants, and strolled the almost empty beach. We swam in the large pool, sat by the fire ring and drank wine under the stars, and met some of the friendly residents of Sampaguita. With only 14 villas, the compound felt private and exclusive. During our week there, we never came upon another residence that seemed anywhere as nice."
