  • Comfy & good value

"We stayed at this lovely rental for 3 nights. The owner was very quick to respond to all the questions I had prior to booking. She also provided a map showing how to get to the rental which was a big help especially if you are arriving at night. We missed the first turn when we got into the town but just talked to some friendly locals and found our way back to the right street and eventually to the steep hill and casita. Once we got there, we were so glad that we booked this place. The views from patio were fantastic and since it is away from the centre of town, it was very quiet at night except dogs and roosters in early morning. One of the neighbour's very friendly dog loves to hang around at the patio which was a nice plus for us since we both love dogs. Casita is well equipped and clean. There are also a nice couple caretakers who lives above if you need any help. I think the only thing it was missing for us was a tea pot but it was not a big deal. We went nearby beach Punta Lobos and bought fish from fisherman. If you are interested hiking, there is a very nice trail (fantastic cliff walk and views at the top / also you get to see sea lions colony ) starting just before the fisherman's beach. There are few tour companies offering the hike at this spot but we managed to get there with a non 4x4 rental car."

  • Celebrity Rock Star Status ALL THE WAY!

"Well what can I say other than we felt treated like celebrity rock stars the entire 3 days that we stayed here- What I mean by that is there was no one around to bother us UNLESS we needed something & THEN they were right there with whatever we needed immediately- The condo & all of it 's appointments is spectacular, the view unmatched, & the serenity incredible- We come down to Cabo San Lucas for a week every year & last year we stayed up the beach at the Cerritos Surf Colony for 1 night- It was ok but the PEARL that day was when we took a walk up the pristine beach & found Sol Pacifico Cerritos- After some investigation we made contact with the owners Austin & Kelly, who could not be nicer people, & decided to pull the trigger & stay an extra 3 days this year at their place- WOW, We are SO glad we did as this place is just amazing! We trekked up to Todo Santos on day & stopped & had pizza on our way back at La Mozzeralla, whose family owns the blanket factory just up the road, we stopped & bought a hand-woven hammock, we trekked around some back roads, but MOSTLY just stayed at Sol Pacifico Cerritos & enjoyed all of the amenities it offers- Great pools, hot tubs, etc. & a GREAT restaurant! After meeting Chef Antonio we ended up eating lunch there the 1st day & dinner there ALL 3 nights as his cooking is simply amazing- Black Snook the 1st night, Parrot Fish the 2nd, & grilled Lamb Chops & Pineapple Prawns the 3rd, each night with amazing salads & even a fresh made coconut flan, MUCHO GRACIAS ANTONIO! So do I sound like we had a good time yet? WELL, THEN WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR, BOOK THIS PLACE NOW because we already did to extend our trip again next year! MUCHO GRACIAS Austin & Kelly!"

  • Casita Pepita en la playa

"Amazing casita surrounded by beautiful gardens, located across from a deserted beach with outrageous sunsets, and close enough to Todos Santos for great restaurants and other necessities. Friendly, helpful hosts next door that respected our privacy, and were available whenever needed. If total relaxation is your goal, this is the place."

  • Wonderful, relaxing and authentic

"The Rancho is a PERFECT stay if you don't want the typical hotel experience. Very restful, quite, and "local" in flavor. The road into the Rancho is dirt/bumpy but you really are only about 7 minutes from town/Hotel California and once you've driven it once you can find your way. You can't see the ocean from the Rancho but you can hear it at night - very soothing!. Hugo is a delightful man - very helpful but doesn't speak English. The dogs are so FUN! They slept on our porch at night keeping watch....SWEET! Dirk is full of good information and very helpful. I HIGHLY recommend staying at the Casa de los Abuellos - it has a full kitchen/fridge (no oven) and a lovely, huge covered patio for relaxing. Just do it!!"
