Beautiful views- perfect getaway
"My husband and I stayed at Luna 303 for a quick 3 night getaway and it was perfect. The minute we walked in and saw the two outside patios with gorgeous views, we knew we weren't leaving. The beach is serene and beautiful. We cooked in all three nights and just enjoyed the views. The beach club was available for lunch/breakfast had we wanted an easy option to eat out, but the grocery store was only 15 minutes away so we picked up what we needed. The condo was very comfortable and nicely furnished. We definitely would like to visit again!"

"We visited La Paz over Spring Break to do some fishng and relaxing. We stayed in Unit E304 , a 3 bedroom, 4 bath condo with excellent pool and water views. Paraiso Del Mar is a very nice resort comprised of 5 different buildings, buildings A-E, each housing privately owned condos. The resort sits alone on a peninsula known as the El Mogote and requires a water taxi to transport you to and from the main strip of La Paz, known as the Malecon. The water taxi runs back and forth all day based on a published schedule and you can catch one every 30 minutes which we found to be very convenient and an excellent way to meet some of the friendly Ex-Pats staying/living there who were all willing to share information about local restaurants and things to do. The proprty is expansive and you will need to rent a golf cart or use their transport vans to take you to and from the water taxi and the condo buildings. We found the transport vans to be very prompt and responsive when needed and the drivers were great. A cell phone is even provided to call the transport vans when needed which is a nice touch. It is a very quiet resort on nearly 900 acres which was appealing to us as we did not have to deal with noisy neighbors. There is a very nice pool and spa and a pool side, outdoor restaurant with excellent food. They open around 1pm and serve lunch and dinner. When we arrived, one of the bedroom A/C units did not work which made for one hot night but it was fixed promptly the next day which was much appreciated. I travel often and some times there can be issues with your accomodations which is completely understandable. The way they promptly responded to the A/C issue was telling in how focused Chelle and her Property Managers are on customer service so kudos to them! We would definately stay here again!"

"This unit is exactly the way it is represented. It is a perfect location in Terrasol. You can step out from the wrap around deck area onto the sand overlooking both the main pool and the ocean. Unit is very nice and updated. You cannot tell there was a hurricane at the property at all. We were able to see the whales from the room. We felt very safe and slept with all the windows open to enjoy the ocean breeze. Plenty of towels for both beach and showers for the 6 in our group. Terrasol is very laid back and quiet so you can get away from the party whenever you want. The kids discovered that they could catch the water taxi right at the bottom of the hill for $3 per person (just walk down the alley to the right of the bus stop) so that made getting to the beach they wanted to go to for spring break nice and close. Highly recommend the tacos at the pool bar. We walked an average of 5 miles each day discovering lots of really good restaurants off the beaten track. Also ventured onto the bus for 12 pesos up to the Mega store. That was great for us. The owners are very very responsive to multiple emails with questions. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is the pullout beds are both not very comfortable. But they rarely are anywhere. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone."

Optimum Location, Great Accommodations, Perfect Host
"If you're staying in Cabo and want to be close to the action, then this is a perfect spot. Allison was very responsive and attentive and provided great guidance to an infrequent Cabo visitor. The condo is very nice, walking distance to everything you need and you only need a car on an intermittent basis if you're interested in excursions to Todos Santos or La Paz. Check out the Cabo bakery 2 blocks away from the condo..(You'll be back every day!). Learn how to say "I'm from here" in Spanish and that will help keep the vendors at bay. Allison made things comfortable, easy and had a positive impact on our stay!"
