  • Samana Santa in San Miguel

"I had the pleasure of staying at this condo in beautiful San Miguel for Samana Santa and we could not have picked a better location. The condo is located within walking distance of the energetic centre of town, a car is not needed and taxis are plentiful. The property manager was available to answer any questions for us and was very prompt in fixing one very minor problem in the condo. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and very quiet, we enjoyed the pool everyday. I thought we might enjoy the rooftop terrace more but there are no comfortable chairs to lounge on and the jacuzzi was not clean so we chose to stay poolside, although in the heat of the day it was to hot on the roof for us anyways. The condos interior is very well appointed the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all that we needed. The only downfall of the condo was lack of wifi, you could get wifi in the clubhouse and if you sat outside on the balcony but not in the condo, there is a router in the condo but it is not wireless. We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return to San Miguel and this condo again."

  • Perfect location, excellent service

"The room is clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Not only did it include fast wifi and TV with numerous English and Spanish channels, Bruce also provided a cell phone for our stay! The condo building has a nice gym and a lap pool and is located in the downtown area near several restaurants. It is also within walking distance of a good shopping district. We did find the master bed very firm but I'm sure this may be a positive for several travelers. The second bed is less firm for those who appreciate a softer sleep. Overall we give this condo a strong review and recommendation!"

  • Comfortable & Relaxing Stay

"I stayed here July 2014 with two of my good friends. We have traveled together to San Miguel for over 10 years. We loved our stay here. Location is perfect and the décor comfortable. The help staff was very friendly and helpful. Will come back."

  • very satisfied guests

"This property and house are simply gorgeous with a most spectacular view of the town and of evening sunsets. It was a pleasure to be welcomed into a house that comes equipped with lovely linens, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, the most comfortable rooms, very good beds and accommodating staff. The owner is the most receptive we have encountered in several years of renting in SMA. She responds promptly and clearly to any of our questions. Yes there is traffic noise but it does fade into the background and yes the climb up and down is steep but there are buses and taxis - and we do enjoy the exercise."

Getting to Central Mexico Vacation Houses

The main access point to the central region of Mexico is through the capital Mexico City. The Benito Juarez International Airport is located in Mexico City. It is one of Central America’s busiest airports and its expansion has only been hampered by the fact that it is surrounded by residential and commercial property. A secondary airport is the Toluca airport which handles domestic and private charter flights. The Mexico City Airport hosts most major North and South American carriers. There are regularly scheduled flights that operate daily between Mexico City and destinations such as Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Las Vegas and Dallas. If traveling from other parts of the United States or Canada, you can route via any one of these major hubs. A bus terminal located outside the airport provides public transportation to other parts of Mexico City. If you plan to explore further afield, it may be a good idea to hire a car for the duration of your stay.
