"My wife and I just returned from a wonderful week in Guanajuato. Thanks to Gerardo's beautiful apartment we spent a magical week exploring this beautiful city. The walk from the apartment to town via Temescuitate was something we enjoyed immensely and were able to accomplish at our age without problems (wife=69; me=71) Gerardo's apartment complex is very secure and very quiet. We visited the city during a very festive Christmas/New Year's season, yet we never were bothered by the noise of the celebrations taking place. We look forward to returning some day and definitely recommend this clean and quiet location."

"This house was ideal for our vacation needs. We are four female friends in our seventies who wanted a place in Guanajuato that is right in the center of town and that has enough bedrooms for four separate snorers. That's what we got, a perfect location close to museums, shops, restaurants, and a house with three bedrooms and a pullout couch in a reading area upstairs that is extremely comfortable. The house is furnished with everything anyone could need and is also decorated beautifully with lots of ceramics and lovely copper and silver light fixtures. We spent lots of time on the roof deck. There is no parking and you really don't need or want a car in Guanajuato. There is some noise in the neighborhood, but that is because Guanajuato is a lovely, lively place. The owner and local manager were very prompt in responding to questions and needs. I would recommend this house highly."

"Lovely little university town with ample possibilities of learning or brushing up ones knowledge of the Spanish Language.
the Casa del Limon is a real , comfortable, beautifully furnished home with a typical Mexican interior offering all comfort one can wish for.Although right in the centre of Guanajoato it is quiet, with a superb roof terrace on which we had breakfast nearly every day, sometimes wearing a jacket over our pyjamas as the nights can get cold in Wintertime. As no houses do have heating we would dive into the king size bed with plenty of blankets and a good book. The town offering lots of culture that was not too often.Would love to go back Valentina"

"We stayed at Casa Chan for a week in July and we had a wonderful stay! The house is just what we needed, we rented both house and apartment. The house is equipped with everything you may need during your stay and is very comfortable, the views from the master bedroom terrace are amazing! We felt very safe in the house and around town. The deposit is large compared to other rentals, but was returned very very quickly which was nice. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent, they quickly answered any questions we had. Be prepared for the climb up to the house, which is in one of the many callejones (alleys) in the city, it's good exercise!"
