"Casa Cielo is gorgeous! Starting with the comfortably furnished rooftop garden, the view couldn't be more beautiful. We spent a lot of time up there with our friends. We took the master bedroom which is very spacious and the bed super comfortable. The colorful tiling in all three bathrooms is lovely. The kitchen, dining room and sitting room have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Anything you need can be found in this home. The owners go out of their way to make things easy for the visitor. Plenty of information on the area is provided in the home. If we go back, we won't look anywhere else for accommodation."

"We spent 2 weeks at Casa Ana at it was awesome. It is a beautiful house and with 3 stories there is enough room for everyone in the family to spread out. The owners have obviously spent a lot of time on the interior décor, the furniture, artwork, colors go together perfectly. Also the location is perfect, step out the door and you are a block away from the heart of San Miguel, and from the balcony on the 3rd floor you get a great view of the town. Spanish classes are right around the corner along with a great coffee shop. All the basics are covered of course, Wi-Fi, Vonage phone(USA), hot water, drinkable tap water, fully functional kitchen, tv/cable. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in San Miguel. You will not be disappointed."

"Casita Laurita is a wonderful place to stay. Every detail in the house was done with impeccable care. The townhouse feels airy and spacious, with beautiful plants and art. I particularly loved the studio, which had a huge desk and library, and a little balcony--a perfect place to work, and even with a little place to nap. The kitchen was built by someone who clearly loves to cook, because it has everything. The location is perfect--right near the artisan mercado, and also close to the Aurora, and only a few flat blocks to the jardin. It's a whole house that feels like a boutique hotel, right in the centro, for about the price of a moderate hotel room. Great beds, linens...everything has been well-considered. And have a margarita on the roof, with its panorama of all of San Miguel de Allende! The property manager, Guillermo, was so friendly, he made us feel right at home. Good place for couples who want an occasional visitor, or two friends who want their own private bedroom and bath."

"A group of adults (siblings and their spouses) spent two weeks at Casa Madelan in January 2015. This was our first visit to San Miguel and we were delighted. It was warm and sunny during the day, though cooler at night. I agree with all the comments of others about Casa Madeleine. It is a lovely house, very comfortable, and quickly comes to feel like "home". We particularly enjoyed lounging on the second level terrace in the afternoons -- it is the perfect place for reading or napping! We typically cooked breakfast at the house and had dinner at home several times. The kitchen is large and very functional, and the large dining room is very pleasant. Casa Madelan is very well located. It is away from the Jardin and busier parts of San Miguel but close enough for easy walking everywhere. The house is about two blocks from the fruit and vegetable market and the associated meat and chicken butchers -- great fresh produce and meat! It is an easy, flat walk from the house to the Jardin and the other principal sights of San Miguel. The property manager, Erika, is extremely pleasant and helpful. Besides helping with questions about the house, Erika helped arrange several tours for us to nearby historic sights. It is also very pleasant to communicate with the property owner, Alan, who is prompt in responding to any questions."
