  • Casa Turquesa is a excellent place to stay while in San Miguel!

"The four of us stayed at Casa Turquesa in April 2014 for one week. The house is a perfect place for 2 couples or family with teenagers, because of the the two separate apartments. Each equipped with it s own kitchen, living room and bedroom. Very comfortable place, we enjoyed our breakfast out on the beautiful patio and we loved the fact that you can walk everywhere. The house had everything we needed, a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, good speed internet and English speaking TV channels. We felt welcome the moment we arrived, Carlos and his wife Linda ( property managers) who live two doors down were extremely helpful and very nice. Rosio the housekeeper is a great cook and keeps the place very tidy. We are definitely coming back to stay at Casa Turquesa! Thank you for everything and see you hopefully soon again. Andrea, Hector, Gaby and Klaus"

  • Really charming!

"My friend Camille and I stayed at this beautiful casa from May 17th to May 24th. The place shows better than the pictures and there is 4 bedrooms. The roof top terrace is just fabulous because of the incredible view of downtown San Miguel. Many mornings I went there to meditate. The owners have bought beautiful objects and art of mexico, it's part of the charm of the house. I imagine myself staying there again as it is lovely , easy to walk to the centre of the town, close to the bus station. It's a gem. And there are good little restaurants close by. We loved it! I can't wait to return!"

  • Absolutely charming!

"My college roommate and I spent ten days at Casa Malonga and it suited us beautifully. we were lucky to be there on Palm Sunday when we were able to watch the Procession down San Francisco Calle. ........Jesus on a donkey, the twelve apostles, priests, locals carrying beautiful handwoven palm fronds. The market around the corner was perfect for picking up orange juice, yogurt, cereals, wine, etc. Coffee and croissants at the Instituto Allende Cafe was a handy place to hang out with our iPads and conversations with the locals and expats. We are both artists so we found delightful subjects everywhere to sketch. Casa Malonga is charming with the owner's collection of old Mexican folk art, very clean, great shower and the roof top terrace is a great place for sipping glass of wine before heading out to one of the any restaurants nearby. The 360 degree view of the city dressed in jacaranda purple blooms was a Wonderland! No disappointments on this rental for us!!!!!"

  • location,location, neighborhood

"Are overall experience was pleasant, house is true to it's pictures featured. Nice little details through out the house. Toiletries were scarce, being we were there for almost a month nothing was replenished and no hair dryer. The location of the house was a bit too far from town to walk daily. The immediate street was noisy and very dirty, felt unsafe at times. However once on premises one felt safe and the neigbors inside premises were very sweet!"
