"We spent two-weeks in this clean, modern condo. Highlights include newer kitchen appliances that are in good working order, plenty of hot water for an unrushed shower, and a washer and dryer so you can do your own laundry. Other very positive features of the condo include its close proximity to the center of town and a propane stove that enables guests to take off the early morning chill. It would be a pleasure for my wife and me to stay at this property again in the future!"

"We spend 14 days in February 2015 in San Miguel and we were delighted with the home, the location and certainly with San Miguel. The house is any easy 10 - 15 minutes flat walk to the main parts of San Miguel but far enough away that the sounds you have in the evening are laughing children. We enjoyed the third floor outdoor area as well as watching hot air balloons come over the top deck nearly every morning. Both the property and San Miguel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back. Patty and Dean"

"Like many people who finally come to San Miguel Allende, we had been wanting to visit for a long time but never quite fit it into our travel schedule. When the chance finally came, I was pleased with all the online options for homes.
Casa Bendita immediately caught my eye - it looked beautiful, appeared to be in a good location, and was priced well. After inquiring about availability, the owner promptly responded via email and all further communication was handled quickly and professionally.
Upon finally arriving in SMA, we had high expectations for both the town and our accommodations. Driving through the winding cobblestones streets to get to the home confirmed that its rustic reputation wasn’t limited to just a few well-preserved sections of town amidst an otherwise sea of more modern banality.
The homes of SMA usually have a door opening directly onto the street and it often is impossible to predict their size or quality. Upon first entering, we were greeted by the cool shade of the patio and after a moment’s adjustment to the darker space, it was quickly apparent that this ‘rental’ house was not only going to be as promised, but that is was a special place for the owners as well.
The pictures of this home can speak for themselves. I’ll just add that all the interior and exterior spaces were well-thought out and comfortable. All rooms except one bedroom opened directly onto one courtyard or another, so there was always a sense of enjoying the crisp freshness of outside while still being inside. It also must be noted that a well designed floor plan cannot be taken for granted in a town this old where buildings often have a long history of repurposing.
The kitchen was a good size and had all the modern appliances a North American or European traveler expects. Each BR had its own bathroom and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The owners also provided an extensive manual about how to work everything, whom to contact for assistance, and reviews of restaurants and other activities.
After settling in, we explored the town and were very pleased to find that the historic center was less than a 10-minute walk – quick enough to get a morning espresso and long enough to enjoy the walk.
Anyone considering this home should expect that they will always enjoy leaving it to explore the town and surrounding area, and will be equally thrilled upon returning to rest up for their next adventure."

"We just returned from spending an amazing month in SMA. This property was beautiful, comfortable, well-located….we enjoyed every moment. We spent wonderful evenings up on the rooftop watching the sunset and sipping Margaritas. The artwork in the home was terrific and the furnishings were chosen with comfort in mind. I highly recommend this home. Alicia was wonderful and we hated to leave her. She was so happy to help us, feed us, and make sure everything in the home was perfect for us. I loved it when she let me help her in the kitchen, making enchiladas and tasting the soup. She's a treasure and I miss her! I feel that I should point out that the staircase from the living area to the second floor where all the bedrooms are located is pretty steep and long, and for anyone with a problem climbing stairs this could be an issue. I just figured it would help burn off some of the calories from all the delicious food we ate each day. We hope we get an opportunity to stay here again!! Gracias!"
