  • Dream Vacation

"We rented the villa and bungalow in April for 9 people, whilst a party of friends joined us to celebrate our son's wedding in Cuernavaca. The whole property is very beautiful and extremely well maintained. The housekeeper, Hilda, is an absolute treasure. Her Mexican breakfasts were to die for and, although she spoke no English, and our Spanish was limited, we managed very well. The people opened their hearts to us, so kind and helpful. It is a little removed from town, and there is not much in the vicinity apart from a small supermarket, but taxis are cheap and plentiful. Our evenings by the lovely pool/jacuzzi after busy days sightseeing were perfect. The only thing we could have wished for would be air conditioning in the main house bedrooms, otherwise all good!"

  • Absolutely Wonderful

"We rented the Bungalow during the week of February 16th to the 23rd, 2008. Although we were so busy sight seeing that we didn't have much time to spend at the bungalow, we thorougly enjoyed it. From the lush grounds to the heated pool and most of all Hilda the cook. She was fantastic in preparing traditional Mexican breakfasts, and just a sweet as she could be. Although she only speaks mostly Spanish, and our Spanish is very limited, with the aid of a dictionary we managed quite well. If you are there for breakfast, ask her to make you Sopes. Not to be confused with Sopa which is Soup. Pronounced "sopay" they are wonderful. We only wish we would have been able to enjoy her lunches and dinners. There was just too much to see and do that we didn't have time to be at the bungalow through the day. Our youngest daughter is living in Cuernavaca and is teaching at the Universidad Internacional. The bungalow was in good proximity to her home near the University. If you go to Cuernavaca, look up Alfredo. He is an English speaking tour guide and can be found almost any day at the Palacio de Cortez on the Zocolo. He is a great person and a good friend. Has been the tour guide for the Stars of Hollywood. Quite an interesting fellow. He will take you to all of the local attractions If you have never been to Cuernavaca, you will enjoy the people there. They are wonderful, friendly people. Just open your heart to them and they will do the same. They welcome you as if you were family. A wonderful place to visit with year round temps in the 80's. Plenty of places to see and lots to do. You really need at least two weeks to take it all in. Go and visit the Barancas in Cuernavaca, the Palacio de Cortez, the Xochicalco ruins and on the way back enjoy lunch at Cortez's Summer palace. Taxco for silver, take a 3 hour excursion to the ruins north of Mexico City, at Teotihuacan. Stroll the Zocolo and on Tuesday evenings listen to the Salsa music and watch the dancers. Go to Tres de Mayo for ceramics. Las Manianitas and La India Bonita are fantastic restaurants. The bungalow although advertised as 1 1/2 baths, also includes a sink in each bedroom. We took our daughter and her husband with us, so the extra sinks came in handy. The rooms are large and each has a private balcony and tons of closet space. This was our second trip to the city and we always love it. Don't miss out on this beautiful place."

  • My New Year Holidays

"The house was wonderful for my family. I spend the New Year with my sons and grandchildren, the weather was great, 24°C. We enjoyed the pool and the tombling. The house has a helpfull service and it was very convenient for us because my granchildren are small. Cuernavaca is a good place to stay for the holidays."

  • Heaven in Cuernavaca!

"We are already scheming to get back to this exquisite place. The house is perfect, the kitchen modern and congenial for the home cooking we love to do (fresh squeezed OJ, anyone?), and the garden...how can we say enough about the cascades of blooming flowers, the flowering trees, the dawn views of Popocatepetl? All this and a 15-minute walk to the Centro. There is also a little market that lovely & congenial Juana, the caretaker and hostess during our stay, pointed out about 100 yards from the front gate. Local salsas, tortillas, vegetables, all practically at your doorstep. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance, and when the business of dynamic Cuernavaca takes its toll, you have this oasis of calm and loveliness to retreat to."

Cuernavaca Travel Tips

Defy the Common With Cuernavaca Vacation Rentals

There are cathedral bells in the morning; the clamor of students flooding the streets, seeking their language lessons; the travelers all flocking to museums and galleries, wanting to examine the past. The city is alive and crowded. Cuernavaca stands as a booming metropolis, filled with the ancient and the modern. It attracts people from all walks of life, each wishing to sample its thrills. But all that popularity, while wonderful for the town, is bad for you. Which is why Cuernavaca vacation rentals become so important.

"Finding a Morelos Mexico Accommodation is Essential'"

You've dreamed of visiting Cuernavaca, moving amongst the history. You want to explore ruins and relics, visiting some the oldest recorded sites in the world. You want the murals and churches and all of the cultural offerings. What you don't want, though, is to feel trapped within the city, forced to share every breath with the crowd. And you will if you chance a hotel or, worse, a campground. They will be drenched in tourists. You will not be pleased.

Look to Cuernavaca Vacation Rentals for Your Needs

Instead of risking suffocation, packed into tight spaces with those you'll never know, why not instead consider a rental home? The cost is acceptable; the reward is great; and you'll be able to simply relax with your family (and not everyone else's). With Cuernavaca travel in such high demand, you need all the help you can in insuring your time is spent as you wish, not as the crowds require.

Cuernavaca is Where you Want to Be

But you need to consider all of your options before going. Don't wait until the final instant, forcing yourself to what is merely available. You deserve so much more. Plan ahead by visiting VRBO.com to find a private vacation home to enjoy.
