  • The Perfect Boho Chic Accomodations!

"My group of friends rented three of the various apartments and were blown away by the beautiful, unique, creative decor that awaited us. I live in Los Angeles and used to be an interior designer, so furnishings and 'little touches' go a long way with me! :) The apartments are filled with Nancy's beautiful artwork and ceramics, and the textiles scattered around (from pillows made from vintage fabrics to throw blankets to wall hangings) were perfection. Each of the apartments felt cozy, warm, creative and inspiring. Our group ate meals on the rooftop deck, played cards indoors, lounged about and read books - it was a beautiful vacation! Also, the location is PRIME. Just a two block walk to our favorite restaurants, and simply walk two blocks in the opposite direction to get to the big park. We would definitely stay here again... And hope to soon!"

  • Lovely Apartment and close to everything

"I stayed at Suite Tallulah last week and really enjoyed the apartment. It is a perfect place for one or two people. Nice furnishings, great bed, fountain outside the bedroom and rooftop terrace. It is only a few short blocks to El Jardin (very convienent)."

  • Absolutely awesome

"My husband and I stayed at Wendy's home in San Miguel for two great weeks [two short weeks] . We enjoyed every minute. The location was perfect. We could walk almost everywhere. |The house was unique. The master bedroom had a huge walkout balcony. We could see much of the town from there. The room was well lit with floor to ceiling windows. There was a gas fireplace and a huge ensuite bathroom to complete this beautiful room. All the rooms were warm and comfortable. We used the other two patios as well. We could just have stayed there all day. But there is so much to do in San Miguel that we were out every day. The neighbours were so friendly. We went out several times with various neighbours and had a great time . We were there for the feast of San Miguel. It was a lot of fun.We will definitely stay here again when in San Miguel."

  • Everything you could want

"This was our second time staying in a house in San Miguel. This one tops the others we have seen. Downstairs it has a comfortable sitting area, a large dining table which was also our card table at night, and a kitchen which is well stocked. The beds are all very comfortable, and the bedrooms all have individual TVs and baths. The laundry room is very modern with whatever you need. There is a nice sitting area both inside and out of the master BR. The best thing is having the elevator. In the morning one of the four of us would set up for coffee and sweet rolls and would take everything up to the top deck in the elevator. We would enjoy the beautiful views of San Miguel with our coffee to start the day. There are places on the top deck to lounge or read, or dine. There is a large coffee maker and toaster/oven, etc. The area the home is in is a very safe one with good neighbors. It is located very well to get into town, or to go for a good meal at the Institute or to grab a bus or a taxi. We would highly recommend it. The owners are very easy to work with, and the management company quickly answers any calls and goes out of their way to solve any problems."

Getting to Central Mexico Vacation Houses

The main access point to the central region of Mexico is through the capital Mexico City. The Benito Juarez International Airport is located in Mexico City. It is one of Central America’s busiest airports and its expansion has only been hampered by the fact that it is surrounded by residential and commercial property. A secondary airport is the Toluca airport which handles domestic and private charter flights. The Mexico City Airport hosts most major North and South American carriers. There are regularly scheduled flights that operate daily between Mexico City and destinations such as Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Las Vegas and Dallas. If traveling from other parts of the United States or Canada, you can route via any one of these major hubs. A bus terminal located outside the airport provides public transportation to other parts of Mexico City. If you plan to explore further afield, it may be a good idea to hire a car for the duration of your stay.
