  • Zihua is now our favorite place in Mexico

"Thank you Larry and Linda, for the beautiful space you provided us, all the great recommendations, and the wonderful staff at your condo. We had such a great time there, on La Ropa beach nearby, and in the town of Zihuatanejo, itself. What a fabulous place to visit. I specifically want to pass kudos on to Elizar (the concierge) and Carmen (the maid) who helped to make our experience a fabulous one. I will definitely be back."

  • Second time and going back for more

"This is our second stay at this amazing condo. From the moment we walked through the door, we fell in love with the place and the setting. There are incredible views of the bay from the living room as well as the master bedroom. Nothing like waking up in the morning and seeing a gorgeous beach in front of you! We were very impressed with the impecable cleanliness of the condo and the tasteful decor. It is very spacious and the outdoor balcony (overlooking the bay) is one of the best features. It is the perfect place to lounge, eat, play games, read, etc... Both times we were travelling with children and they loved the pool, the hammocks and the beach. The condo is stocked with all the amenities you will need and the washing machine is a great asset, especially when you have young children. The pictures are exactly what it looks like. The den with the futon has now been turned into a lovely third bedroom. The owner Jamie is a pleasure to deal with, was incredibly helpful with suggestions of places to visit and eat, and really took the time to meet our needs and make us feel at home. Dulce is amazing. She kept the condo super clean, her cooking is delicious- well worth retaining her services. We definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to our next visit."

  • Clark's

"Delightful !!!! Over the past ten years, my husband and I have vacationed in six beach front villas in Mexico and Casa Rosa is by far our favorite! The beautiful house and grounds are perfect for relaxing and forgetting the cares of the world. The care takers, Andres and Alishea, could not have been more gracious and accommodating. Andres heard me say that I loved coconut water, so he had cold, coconut water for me everyday. We were there for St. Valentines Day. After a long day shopping, we arrived back at our room and found that Alishea had made two, darling little towel swans in the shape of a heart and a cute little towel dog that were setting on our bed. They were surrounded with colorful flower pedals. It was unexpected and such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture. That will be one of my favorite memories of our trip. Each morning we awoke to a delicious breakfast and each evening we watched the amazing sunset while we ate our perfectly prepared dinner poolside. Alishea is a very good cook. Her grilled meats, veggies and desert flan were fabulous. We were pleasantly surprised that the miles of pristine, coconut tree lined, coastline was mostly ours alone. We rarely saw anyone on the beach. We enjoyed day trips to nearby Zihuatanejo and Ixtapa for shopping and fishing and whale watching excursions were just down the beach at Barra De Potosi. There is a recently discovered archaeological site near Casa Rosa, with a museum and a small town nearby with gold mines. The manager, Orlando, and a local young man, Alex, were very friendly and spoke excellent English. They were very helpful in answering questions and making suggestions for tours. Our time spent at Casa Rosa will be cherished and we plan to return."

  • Great time at La Chula!

"La Chula is a very upscale, 5 star condo. My wife and I had a wonderful time there. The view of La Ropa Beach from our balcony was awesome. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a very comfortable family room area, and the place was very nicely decorated. Would love to go there again someday. Thanks to the owner Jeff, who was very responsive via e-mail and made sure to ask us if everything was to our liking during our stay. There is also ample information at the condo on good restaurants to eat at and fun activities to do. All in all, a great vacation!"
