  • AMAZING Spring Break Location!

"What an amazing trip!! Not only was the house itself spectacular, but the staff makes sure to go above and be on so that you are taken care of and having a blast. The house is located the perfect distance from town, so that you can still walk to restaurants and night life but you still feel removed enough that it's relaxing and enjoyable! The house is staff is perfect for anyone, from a group of college kids looking for a fun spring break or a family wanting a relaxing, stress free vacation!"

  • Perfect Christmas holiday vacation!

"My husband and I were so pleased with this rental and the AMAZING view from the unit was literally breathtaking every time you came into the unit, got out of bed, walked from the bathroom to the kitchen, everywhere! The balcony was our favorite place to eat breakfast and lunch and just relax with the views of the city, ocean, bay and properties along the beach. The unit was well stocked with kitchen items and bath necessities-including soap, shampoo and conditioner and hair dryer. The grocery store was in walking distance to pick up food needs and beer. We ate at a different restaurant in town for dinner each night, so can't comment on hotel food. However, we did have beach side cocktail service each day at happy hour and Enrique was eager to serve us. He even tried to track down fresh mint for my mojito! Everyone was very friendly and the staff was helpful. Check in and out was easy and we felt right at home right away. We are eager to return to this location, the unit's location and views are the best we have ever had and this is our 18th trip to various places in Mexico. The only draw back was the tiny gym-several pieces of equipment were out of order. But it was a good excuse not to work out and stroll along the beach each day instead! The pictures of this unit online are an EXACT representation of the unit, along with the view. Lastly, the property owners were very easy to work with and replied to all emails and questions the same day."

  • Nice house...

"We recently stayed at Casa Sueno Tropical.. The house has a spectacular view and beautiful outdoor space.. The pros and cons are as follows: Pros: Lovely outdoor space, great pool. Fabulous view..it is exceptionally beautiful. Comfortable bedrooms. Close to town. Ana, who will do the shopping and cooking .(very good cook). Cons: The house is up a rather steep hill. Not easy to go running, take a walk to town and return.. Not fun to go to beach. We have rented condos many times in PV. The linen closet is usually stocked with towels, extra sheets blankets and pillows. There was absolutely nothing in the closets in this house.. Everything was kept in a locked basement area and only Ana had the key. Over the course of the week I asked for another towel(we had received one) , a blanket and a pillow. On two occasions Ana left without giving me what I asked for... If items were kept in the house it would not have been an issue..Not what you would expect in a “luxury” house. I felt like I was in some third world youth hostel where I received one towel a week.. The kitchen was not great. Small space, old appliances, pots and pans. NO dishwasher.. If you have any intention of cooking for yourself, forget it unless you want to wash dishes. The house was a little tired.. It needed new faucets, kitchen appliances, bigger TV . It is kept extremely clean and well maintained however. The house instruction book was ridiculously inadequate. No information about the TV, cable, lights.. Nothing about beaches in the area, buses… the kind of thing most good rental houses provide. We didn’t exactly know how Ana worked and in e mails before with the owner we received very little information. We were assured there was info in the house, but there wasn’t.. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it...Just be aware of the location and ask a lot of questions before..."

  • Best. "Dad-cation". EVER!

"My wife gifted me a "Dad-cation" as we have 2 small kids and keep a busy life in neighboring paradise of Sayulita. A short get-away but somewhere comfortable and close to all our fave places in Vallarta. El Nido de los Cuervos was it! David and Pedro were the perfect hosts, the Condo was beyond clean and comfortable, and every time I thought of leaving for the beach, I decided to just stay inside and watch Movies, sip Tequila and enjoy the comforts. Looking forward to next year's solo-get away. So great. Gracias!!"
