"Excellent Location, Fantastic Coffee, Perfect Pool. Love the indoor/outdoor sliding glass doors. We felt at home from the moment we stepped into this great condo. Only negatives, light from the malecon shining through at night and a little noise which we remedied by moving the fans into the bedroom at night. Enjoyed the breakfast at Vitea on our last morning. All in all a great week, thanks to the "dolphin"!"

"We've stayed at the Molino a number of times in different units and this is, by far, our favorite. The condo is beautiful and inviting with comfortable furniture and beds and all the kitchen supplies you'll need to cook a few meals. The pool is amazing and usually empty. We think it's the best location in PV. And the property managers Carlos and Fernando are awesome! Excellent vacation, thanks so much!"

"We loved the condo so much that our plans are to go back. Everything was perfect! No negative comments at all on this property. From the very first minute to our departure (all the month of February 2015) we enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, all the commodities included, the sun deck, the pool, the sun roof, the caretaker, the cleaning lady, the neighbours, the proximity of restaurants, groceries, etc.. Prior to our arrival, the owners sent us pages of information and contacts which were very usefull. While in Puerto, we visited friends and we can tell that their place wasn't like ours at all, it was better a lot better at Ibiza- unit 4."

"We rented the El Remance condominium for the month of March 2015. Although the pictures provided in the promotional add are accurate, we were a little surprised when we arrived. The condo location is in a very authentic Mexican neighborhood with small but well stocked markets within a half block of the front entry gate. Behind the property is the Qualle River which is very active for swimming and family gatherings for the neighborhood locals.
As we got our bearings it was easy to walk into Old Town and to the beach. About 25 minutes past larger neighborhood shops, restaurants and markets. This is not a resort area, which was part of the charm. We met others who either rented or owned units in the El Remance complex. They were all friendly and provided us with a lot of useful information of the area. The unit we rented was quite spacious and well appointed for our needs. The only problem we encountered was the lack of hot water for one day which was quickly addressed by the property manager Claudia. There was an on site caretaker ,Christian and his wife and daughter, who kept the grounds immaculate. They were very warm and friendly and even invited us to their daughters 12th birthday celebration.
We found the location great for a jumping off spot for our day trips, and were able to catch the number 3 bus less than a block from our front door to get us into the central district. About a 10 minute ride for 7.5 pesos. Although the location may not be everyones cup of tea, we really enjoyed the authenticity of the neighborhood and the friendliness of the Mexican People.
