  • This home was just right for us!

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. This home was comfortable, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated and furnished. The view from the deck was spectacular. We watched the sunset and then fireworks almost every evening from the hotels up north. There is a pool and hot tub shared by 4 other condo owners. They were nice folks. The extra bedroom would be good for kids, but we didn't have ours along this time. The owner was attentive and easy to contact with questions. We rented a car and parking on the street was easy and having a car was helpful since the short distance to the beach was quite steep. However; I recommend a good map of the town, since there are many one way streets and dead ends. We did walk it often, but used the car to go North and South along the coast exploring. The Malecon (which means seawall) boardwalk was really fun for eating, shopping, and and strolling by the ocean. We took a tour out to the Marietta Islands and snorkled, and saw whales. It was a wonderful vacation!"

  • Beautiful Casa Masante Condo

"Your home is absolutely beautiful!!! From the moment we walked in we were amazed by the spaciousness, the beautiful décor, and the amazing views. We were three couples (ages ranging from 45 to 75). All of the rooms were roomy and very comfortable. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and didn't have a need for anything. Most nights we ate as it was a short walk good restaurants or if you're like us...some excellent taco stands. We enjoyed coming back most evenings from our walks on the malecon to our very own Jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool on occasion and had the place to ourselves. The condo is very peaceful but still in the heart of all of the PV action. Every morning we enjoyed sitting on the Terrance and watching the sunrise over the bay, we were also lucky enough to see a whale one morning. While we were in PV we visited Yelapa, Bucerias, Nuevo Vallarta, Ricon de Guayabitos, Boca de Tomatlan, and Playa Perulas which I highly recommend to anyone visiting PV. But Casa Masante was the highlight of the trip and we looked forward to return to it each afternoon/evening after a day of sightseeing. We can't wait to go back!! I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding areas. Ken provided us wonderful information regarding the home and Puerto Vallarta and our check-in and check-out with Alfredo was a breeze."

  • Perfect Location, Friendly Staff, Beautiful Condo & Grounds

"Our family of 5 adults stayed for one week; would have loved to stay longer. The entire rental transaction was handled smoothly; Fernando, the property manager, was in timely contact with me the week prior to our arrival; the damage deposit was refunded very promptly upon our return home. The location is superb; directly on the Malecon, with easy walking access to both downtown Puerto Vallarta and the romantic zone. The view from the condo cannot be beat; all of Puerto Vallarta was right there every morning upon awakening. So many great restaurants were nearby. Be sure to stop by the little French bakery next to the Oxxo across the street - best eclairs and cream puffs we have ever had. The staff @ the front security gate was so helpful, obtaining taxis at the time we specified for our many excursions. Every one of us hope we can return for another week in paradise."

  • A surprising location

"We rented the El Remance condominium for the month of March 2015. Although the pictures provided in the promotional add are accurate, we were a little surprised when we arrived. The condo location is in a very authentic Mexican neighborhood with small but well stocked markets within a half block of the front entry gate. Behind the property is the Qualle River which is very active for swimming and family gatherings for the neighborhood locals. As we got our bearings it was easy to walk into Old Town and to the beach. About 25 minutes past larger neighborhood shops, restaurants and markets. This is not a resort area, which was part of the charm. We met others who either rented or owned units in the El Remance complex. They were all friendly and provided us with a lot of useful information of the area. The unit we rented was quite spacious and well appointed for our needs. The only problem we encountered was the lack of hot water for one day which was quickly addressed by the property manager Claudia. There was an on site caretaker ,Christian and his wife and daughter, who kept the grounds immaculate. They were very warm and friendly and even invited us to their daughters 12th birthday celebration. We found the location great for a jumping off spot for our day trips, and were able to catch the number 3 bus less than a block from our front door to get us into the central district. About a 10 minute ride for 7.5 pesos. Although the location may not be everyones cup of tea, we really enjoyed the authenticity of the neighborhood and the friendliness of the Mexican People.
