  • AMAZING Spring Break Location!

"What an amazing trip!! Not only was the house itself spectacular, but the staff makes sure to go above and be on so that you are taken care of and having a blast. The house is located the perfect distance from town, so that you can still walk to restaurants and night life but you still feel removed enough that it's relaxing and enjoyable! The house is staff is perfect for anyone, from a group of college kids looking for a fun spring break or a family wanting a relaxing, stress free vacation!"

  • This home was just right for us!

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. This home was comfortable, clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated and furnished. The view from the deck was spectacular. We watched the sunset and then fireworks almost every evening from the hotels up north. There is a pool and hot tub shared by 4 other condo owners. They were nice folks. The extra bedroom would be good for kids, but we didn't have ours along this time. The owner was attentive and easy to contact with questions. We rented a car and parking on the street was easy and having a car was helpful since the short distance to the beach was quite steep. However; I recommend a good map of the town, since there are many one way streets and dead ends. We did walk it often, but used the car to go North and South along the coast exploring. The Malecon (which means seawall) boardwalk was really fun for eating, shopping, and and strolling by the ocean. We took a tour out to the Marietta Islands and snorkled, and saw whales. It was a wonderful vacation!"

  • Our first trip to PV was amazing! The condo is beautiful & the neighbors friendly and helpful.

"We decided we didn't want to stay on the beach but to explore the town and that's what we did. The condo has a gorgeous view but as others have said, the walk down the hill is on the steep side and the road uneven, so be forewarned. However, it didn't prevent us from walking into town daily (we caught taxis back which are plentiful & inexpensive). We walked to Costco, the Mercardo (fresh caught fish/shrimp and beef), explored the cemetery, took a water taxi to Yelapa, walked the Malecon and discovered wonderful eateries/shops/bakeries and met lots of nice people. There are several grocery stores (Ley) nearby plus smaller corner markets to choose from. The condo is beautiful, the bed very comfy, the patio awesome, and the kitchen had everything we could want/need except hot water. The faucet has cold, but no hot. However, there is a dishwasher but I used hot water from the bathroom to wash our dishes. The ice maker didn't work (not a big deal, we bought ice). What we were disappointed with is that the satellite/internet didn't work and we were unable to watch television, especially since it is mentioned as an amenity. We called & emailed the owner immediately about the satellite not working, and several additional times, but no response from her for 2-3 days later only to say she would check on it. That was it. No further communication or explanation from her. That was disappointing. Neighbor told us the Canadian company that provided the service had stopped service to Mexico some time ago. Luckily we brought our laptop and was able to watch videos on it. Plus, the neighbors also shared movies they had and offered the use of a DVD player. It was still an excellent trip and wonderful accomodations! Note the pool is small and unheated, but not an issue for us. I don't recommend the unit/complex for those with young children or those with physical disabilities. From ground level, the penthouse is only a few flights up, with the pool located several flights down. Everyone we encountered were friendly and helpful...from taxi drivers to people on the street to the workers in the restaurants. We look forward to our next trip and exploring more of the area. BTW, one of our favorite restaurants was Oceano Azul which is across from McDonalds in the Malecon."

  • Breath taking views

"Dale; you were right! The pictures doesn't show the place Justice!!! It was amazing! Me and my family made use of the pool and Jacuzzi. I wish we could have enjoyed it more at night but we couldn't get the lights to work. The house, bedrooms, kitchen & bathrooms were just beautiful!! The location was a perfect spot very short distance from the Boardwalk. The people were very helpful and nice in Puerta Vallarta; I enjoyed every minute there! Linda, Carlos and Jonathon you were very much appreciated by our family. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend."
