"It was a charming house in a charming area of cobblestone streets. It was very convenient and not far from everything. It was really special to have a cute place with a garden instead of a condo. But we had the bad luck to have a chilly day with big rain and we didn't enjoy the central open area in the house that day. I am only giving it a 4 because roof leaked but owner is fixing it, some other minor things too. We enjoyed eating at chez Elana."

"We really loved this apartment! We've been home for two weeks now and we still find ourselves day dreaming about sitting on the balcony, watching the dolphins and the pelicans, listening to the waves crash down below.
It was a wonderful property and a wonderful vacation. We were so happy that we were in the downtown location versus being stuck in the resort.
Michel was great, as was Sassia. The apartment is extremely well appointed. We were in PV for a wedding and we had some of our friends over one night - they were blown away by our apartment even though they were staying at the Grand Mayan! We definitely think this apartment is better than any resort.
Thank you so much and we definitely plan on visiting again."

"I stayed here with two friends in June 2014, so I'm a bit late reviewing. We loved the location being right in town but not noisy (except for the trash collection early in the morning - that was a bummer). The pool is beautiful with a great view of the ocean and the malecon. The bus stopped very close to our doorstep, restaurants were in abundance in both directions and the Spanish school we attended was within walking distance. No car is needed to stay at this place! I was there alone for a few days before my friends arrived and I felt safe and secure at this property. (In general I always feel safe in PV as a woman traveling alone.) It was off-season so there weren't many people staying at this location. It was nice to have the pool unoccupied most of the time and we didn't hear our neighbors at all. Christine was helpful if we had any questions or needs. I would rent this place again and recommend it for 2 couples or a small family."

Spectacular Views in Viejo Vallarta at Casa Masante
"We traveled to PV for our Wedding Anniversary and booked Casa Masante for our visit. The condo was spacious and well appointed, 3 Bed/3 Bath, fully outfitted kitchen, it also features an office with WIFI for your convenience. Private spa and roof top pool were icing on the cake - the balcony and roof top gave us a spectacular views of PV and Banderas Bay. Sunsets were picture perfect! Short walk to downtown or the Malecon Boardwalk. So many activities for any age - Snorkeling, swim with dolphins, hiking, boating, flea market. Food was fantastic and the people of Puerto Vallarta were so lovely. Definitely on our short list of places to visit again. Ken, Thank you so much for information on where to visit in PV and Property Management with Alfredo made our stay a breeze."
