  • 3 minutes of rain in one month

"Second time staying at icon 2 totally loved this place on the 11th floor its not to high and not to low. Furniture is excellent in this condo with all that you need. Best place about this place you get you're own beach bar with really friendly staff that work there if you tip them a bit they treat you like gold. Antonio and Luis work their ass off everyday to provide excellent service"

  • Great Pools, especially for kids!!

"We stayed at this condo for a week during Holy Week and couldn't have enjoyed it more. The main attraction here is the pools. If you have children, this is definitely the place to stay as the pools are heated to different temps to suit any preference and even though they were not zero depth entry, each pool had large platform or cut-out areas (20 x 20 feet at least) where kids could walk and play in the shallower water (varying from a few inches deep to maybe 2 feet deep) without always being held by a parent. This was an amazing bonus for my 4 and 6 year old who want to be more independent in the pool. The condo pictures were accurate and everything was very nice. The bed was really comfortable, the futon was more comfortable than a pull-out couch, and the kitchen had everything you needed. The hot tub on the balcony was clean, filled quickly and had a nice view. The balcony is deeper than other units in the complex so we definitely did not feel cramped out there and ate almost all of our meals out there enjoying the incredible view. Mary Ann was great to deal with and was available at a moment's notice. Security deposit returned promptly. There are lots of friendly condo staff constantly monitoring the pool areas and parking garage so nobody is sneaking in to use the pools, etc. There is someone working the front gate 24 hours a day, too. Felt extremely safe. This property is not a spring break party place if that is what you are looking for. We were not which made this place perfect. The beach here was calm in the mornings (we did some stand up paddleboarding on two mornings) and you can see dolphins swimming about. It did get deep rather quickly, though. We took a day trip to the south side of PV and caught a boat out of Boca de Tomatlon (park in town for 50 pesos, round trip boat ride to the beach for 200 pesos) to a tamer, absolutely gorgeous beach (Colomitos Beach) for some snorkeling. Paid an extra 350 pesos to have the guy take us over to Los Arcos before going back to our car. Considering what you pay per person for tours out to those spots, using a local is definitely worth it. If you're cooking on your own, there is a Costco and a WalMart within a 3 minute drive. The grill on the balcony was new as well and easy to use. The best place to eat in the area is called Sonora's (look it up on Yelp) and is on the right side of the road on the way to Costco. It is a butcher shop by day and the food is outstanding."

  • Great Experience in Puerto Vallarta Hotel/Condo

"We had an excellent time in this property. This is a condo in a luxury hotel setting. The view of the pool, ocean and the city of Puerto Vallarta could not be better. Located right in the middle of everything. The floor arrangement is not appreciated in the photos. You have the balcony, with glass doors that open all the way to the wall, completely connecting the balcony and living room, which now has a newer sofa with a more elegant look. The bedroom and corridor are raised about 2 feet above the living room/kitchen and the wall separating both rooms has wooden shutters that open a large space that allows a view of he ocean and pool from the bedroom. Kitchen has all the utensils and equipment needed, including fridge, 2 electric burner stove, microwave, toaster, and large toaster/oven. A large supermarket is two blocks away. Owner has a person in charge of property who greeted us on our first day there, providing all necessary info, making sure everything was in order and offering us his assistance while we were there. Gentlemen was very nice, courteous and very professional. I would highly recommend this property, especially at this price."

  • Great Family Vacation

"Our family of seven spent a week at this beautiful condo in March and could not have been happier with it! We loved the location, being on the first floor and having our own yard yet being so close to the main pools. The spaciousness of the condo was another plus. Having the availability of Juan, the wonderful chef was so nice and we particularly liked having him welcome us with margaritas, guacamole and chips and mexican salsa when we arrived. Rita, the property manager was so helpful and kind to answer all of our questions. We loved our time at this lovely condo and will definitely return. Would recommend it to any group, regardless of age, because of the special first-floor location."
