"Our trip was fairly low key because our son and his family were in a condo a floor below ours, so we spent a lot of time at the pool and the beach with our grandchildren. Then, when they were cleaned up from the water activities, they couldn't wait to come up to Grandpa and Grandma's condo for treats and cards. We played a thousand games of UNO, Go Fish, and Old Maid on the coffee table. It was perfect! The condo was attractive and comfortable. Great shower!!!! Beautiful view. We live in a land locked state, so watching the ocean and the waves on the beach was fantastic. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Unbelievable sunsets!
We never had a bad meal while there. A good seafood place is called Mariscos Cuetos Seafood. They are located in the old downtown area on Brasilia St., between Costa Rica and Jamaica St. They have air conditioning and really good food!! And, surprisingly, we found really good hamburgers in a couple of places! Mike and his awesome management team were super to make sure everything we needed was provided. We would definitely return to this condo."

"This 3 bedroom condo perfect for our group of three couples as every room had its own full ensuite and balcony. The apartment was very well appointed and perfectly setup for renters. The views were incredible. Highly recommend."

My wife and I spent Feb 2014 and Feb 2015 in this little slice of heaven.
Spend your early morning watching the sun come up over the mountains, breakfast then to the gorgeous pool for a day in the sun. Sip a cool one at the pool cabana or lunch at the pool restaurant. A large supermarket is just a short walk away. (ask about the short cut) As night comes the sounds and lights of the city may be all the action you could want. But the mall, casino or the Malicon is only a short cab or bus (if you dare) ride away. Wake in the morning to a cruise ship that looks like it’s parked in your drive. The wrap around deck give you a unrestricted view of the ship basin and the city with the cloud covered mountains in the background.
We are city and mountain people. The view from this condo fits our personality perfectly. It does have a partial ocean view. If you’re looking for a full ocean view. This may not work for you.
The condo is exactly as pictured if not better. It is completely equipped for your comfort. We really enjoyed the wall to ceiling sliding glass doors that opened the entire condo and let the warm Mexican breeze flow through the entire condo. We kept the sliders open through the night……….NO BUGS.
Gail was great to work with and we would rent again.

"We recently returned from our vacation in Puerto Vallarta and had a wonderful time staying at this condo. Even before we arrived, Carolyn was so helpful in answering our questions and concerns. When we arrived, Marcos – a charming person – explained everything and ensured that we were comfortable with how everything worked. Having WiFi in the unit was very convenient for us. Regarding the beach, we liked sitting under the palapas in front of Peninsula where we could either swim in the ocean or just relax with our toes in the sand. The heated pool is the largest one I’ve ever seen. In short we had a fabulous time and miss watching the sunsets from the unit’s balcony. Thank you again, Carolyn."
