"It's a rare thing for something to live up to your expectations... and even rarer for it to exceed them. Villa Ventana, and more importantly, Ron, Fabian, Lette, and the rest of the staff, make for an incredible, memorable PV vacation. I planned a surprise, getaway vacation for my boyfriend a group of our friends with additional surprises along the way - and Lette and co delivered every step of the way (without ever feeling like they were in the way, might I add). In addition, a member of our group accidentally damaged some property within the home during our stay. Afterwards, Ron and Lette went out of their way to minimize expenses for us, which we are so grateful for. And finally, I must echo what reviewer Jeff said about the property... the photos do not do it justice. I will never forget walking in the door the first time. The place and the views are simply stunning. Do yourself a favor - stay at Villa Ventana - and give Lette a big hug from me!! Can't wait to go back."

Beautifully decorated, Mexican Style condo with a view that we enjoyed day and night
"We returned last week from a month in David's condo and we are wishing we were back there. We fell in love with everything - from the people, food, beaches, water, sunsets... I could go on and on. David was very responsive to our every need and any questions we had, as were the on-site managers. Neighbors were friendly and informative as well. The walk back from town and the beach was quite a challenge for senior citizens, but we looked at it as a gym workout and came back with well-toned legs! Also, the steps down (all 157 of them) are through a beautiful jungle walk with flowers and plants, even iguanas! We usually took the taxi back after dark, not that we were scared, but because we were usually tired after walking the Malecon, etc. We liked that the condo was conveniently located to Basillio Badillo, which seems to be the most happening place in PV. The condo is just as it is pictured and the pool is lovely. We had it to ourselves most of the time. As for safety, I know a lot of people are wary of coming to Mexico, but we felt safer there than we do in the States. We walked the streets late at night all the time. We hope to return to this lovely condo!"

"This was our second time staying here after 4 years. It has only gotten better!
This condo is located above Playa Los Muertos and is within a short walking distance (including about 260 stairs) to that great beach and old Puerto Vallarta.
The condo is beautifully appointed with traditional Mexican folk art and the conveniences of home with table placements, cooking dishes, dishwasher, flatscreen TV, washer/dryer and sound system.
Stunning views afford you the option to hangout on the spacious balcony or by the common area pool. Our extended family did all three each day. We chose to beach-go mid morning till 4pm at the Mahi Beach restaurant. They had great beach lounge chairs and over the top service staff who rearranged your umbrella for shade, watered down the hot sand around your chairs and kept the drinks and food coming at your desired speed. Then we headed for the malecon and centro shops. We'd return up the numerous stairs to the condo for a swim in the pool and then a stunning sunset from condo balcony.
What's not to like with such a set up!"
