  • As good as advertised...

"Six of us enjoyed the beauty of Casa Ventana for a week. Everything you read from other reviewers is true----the view is spectacular, the furnishings top rate. Lette and Ruby were fantastic and we had several delicious breakfasts prepared by the two. The condo IS high on the hill but we took taxis both up and down and it was affordable and worth it for the view. Our only problem seemed to be a quirky wifi connection. It works just fine when one or two are online, but balks when loaded with more than that. No problem though since there were plenty of good connections at one of the beautiful beach clubs down the hill. We enjoyed both Sapphire Beach Club and the new Mantamar Beach Club, both on Los Muertos as well as some of the great restaurants in PV. Thanks to Lette and Ruby again for making our stay so delightful!! Highly recommended."

  • Best location in town

"We just returned from our stay at Villa del Sol and miss it already. The condo is perfectly located both on the beach, yet close to everything down town. The Sea Monkey (condo's restaurant) has great food, $1 Coronas at happy hour, and sets out chairs and tables for the condo residents to spend the day. The pool is on the roof so you can choose to get away from the festivities, and swim beneath the stars. The bus to everywhere and anywhere leaves 2 blocks from the condo and costs next to nothing. The condo is even nicer than the pictures indicate (i.e., homey) and you've got everything you need for the beach including an umbrella and beach towels there for your use. We'd recommend the restaurants Si Senior (a bit expensive, but FABULOUS), and Mama Rosa's. We did not have a bad meal anywhere. We will return as soon as we can."

  • Vallarta 2014

"Mi Familia y yo quedamos fascinados!!! Puerto Vallarta es un Paraíso y Villas Loma linda lo complementa! El condominio estaba tal como fue la descripción en línea, Óscar y José muy amables, cuando llegamos tuvimos un poco de dificultad para encontrar la dirección, pero en cuanto llame a Rigo, el contestó y me pudo ayudar rápidamente a localizar el condominio! Lo que más me gusto fue la locación y las puestas de sol que pudimos apreciar desde la terraza!"

  • A Great Time in PVR

"Wow! This place is perfect. It sits high up in the hills and the view is incredible day and night. We only saw one group of people during the last two days of our stay. We had the pool and pool area all to ourselves. Full sun from 9am - 4:30pm. The property manager, Paty is so nice and greeted us upon our arrival and walked us through all the amenities in the condo. She called once to check on us and was available anytime we called her to ask a question. The condo has everything you need for a home away from home. The beds are comfy and the air conditioning and ceiling fans were a blessing - it was in the 90's almost every day. The iPod dock was great and the wireless internet connection was strong and we had no issues at all. It was nice to have filtered water as well. The condo is very well maintained. There are small markets down the block to get some essentials you may need - coffee, cereal, fruit, tequila, etc. There are about 120 steps down to the road and then just a few blocks from the beach, shopping and restaurants. The pier is so cool at night and fun during the day. Like others mentioned, take a cab ($5 US) back at night, as the walk back is pretty tough even if you are in great shape. We found some great restaurants - la Dolche Vita, Argentina steak house, La Posta, Cuates y Cuetes (had breakfast here and cocktails at sunset), Langostinos - just to name a few. This was our 5th time in Puerto Vallarta and the first time we didn't stay at an all-inclusive resort. This was by far better than a resort. So much more to see. Irene (owner) was great responding to emails before and during our stay as well. I hope to come back to this house in heaven!"
