Wonderful Condo To Vacation at
"This was our 20th time to visit PV and we wanted a close location to the beach and Casa Soltar was the best choice. It's Comfortable and right at the beach. You have your own beach area to lay out next to "Chairs". The staff is very friendly and helpful as if you were staying in a hotel. But you did not have the Hotel Feeling. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to make you feel as if you were at home. We cooked at least once a day. I loved the décor Dale has setup for the condo. It made it feel very homey. We had 6 folks with our party and never felt cramped. Each room had it's own bath; which was nice.
We look forward to staying at Dale's property again. I recommend Staying here; Just don't rent on the dates we want to come back please (Lol)."

"We stayed there for a week in August & it is exceptional We travel extensively & would rate this villa in the top 3 of all properties that we have stayed at, The owner/Maria,the property manager/Cathie, & the housekeeper/Trini were all very accomodating, In addition Trini is an excellent cook, makes a great margarita,& kept the place spotless. Maria must be an interior decorator because the villa is exceptionally well furnished & tastefully decorated. I would highly recommend this property to everyone My only word of caution is that there are a significant # of steps to go up however once you see the view they are worth it"

"The three of us spent 3 weeks at Casa Uno in early Jan 2015. We were very impressed with the spacious condo. There were 2 large BR suites, a good size kitchen and dining & living area. The place was clean as daily maid service was provided except for sundays. We were one the 1st floor, therefor only got a partial view of the ocean, but plenty of fresh air coming from it. Cookware was plenty, from blender to toaster oven. We were surprised to find fresh beach towels available every day.
Even though Casa Uno is in a good location, we still had to walk uphill and downhill on cobblestoned roads to get to the beach or downtown. It was good exercise and we did not mind it at all, all you need is good walking shoes.
As the building is located on the highway, it got very noisy at night and early morning. Bring mosquito repellent, just in case.
Overall it was a good experience. We really enjoyed the farmers' market held every Saturday morning. You can sample lots of nice and fresh fruits, baked goods, etc..and at the same enjoy free live music. New beds were delivered the day we left, too bad we were not around to enjoy it."

"Just as we'd hoped, even more. As described, lovely, convenient to everything. Best part, working with Craig was awesome. He was so understanding, great communication. Wish all VRBO owners would model after him. Thanks so much Craig for sharing your lovely digs!"
