"We stayed here for three weeks. The condo is pretty much like the pictures show. The view was amazing. This condo is well situated as you can walk to everywhere, markets, restaurants, entertainment, beach, etc. The condo is well appointed and if you wanted to cook a gourmet meal in that kitchen you could no problem! The stairs and ramps where a bit of a workout and our legs were really fit when we returned home. The owners Ed and Stefan were very accommodating and easy to contact. We like to travel and rent condos when we go, it will be very hard to find another that meets the standard of this condo. When we go back to PV we would rent here.

"This condo is an exceptional property. We were a group of 5 women (2 moms and 3 daughters in their 20s) and we LOVED Molino de Agua and its prime location. The unit is so spacious, the views are spectacular, and the grounds are pristine. There is no need for a car. We walked everywhere... Zumba was just down the street each morning at 8am. There is a wonderful bakery across the street and a multitude of wonderful restaurants within walking distance in every direction. We had all sorts of ambitious plans for excursions but once we settled in we got very lazy very quickly. I think they call it "sand gravity" The heated pool is really lovely and very large. The pool bar offers great drinks and food or you can just go next door to the Sea Monkey for food and their dollar Margaritas. The beach area was also very enjoyable for lounging. The beach right in front of the condo isn't very swimmable but if you walk about 10 minutes south you can find a much nicer swim area on Los Muertos Beach where you can enjoy the waves and boogie board if you like. Of course the Malecon is right in front for walks or morning runs. We loved taking the bus to Boca and hiking to Las Animas and then eating at the Ocean Grill. This was recommended by Kelly the owner and it was a very fun day. We also rented stand up paddleboards at the beach and had a very fun hour frolicking in the ocean. This place was wonderful on so many levels and offered us such a relaxing and fun experience. There are so many things we just didn't get around to doing so we definitely will be back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone wanting a wonderful Puerto Vallarta experience."

Great PV Condo- Gorgeous Design with a Fabulous View in the Best Location
"We just returned from a four night girls weekend in PV. I have rented condos in PV probably a dozen times and this one was the best. The location is in Amapas so you have a fabulous view of beautiful PV, the Bay of Banderas and endless water. The condo is in a building with thirteen other units so a manageable size- VERY SAFE, SECURE -- and felt like being home. Now for inside the condo- the decor is lovely, lots of light, open air and just really comfortable and livable. Everything you can imagine is there so you don't have to think about a thing- I opened the closet in the master bedroom and there were even sun hats to borrow! Don't even think about it- book this place. It is where you want to stay in PV to live away from all the touristy craziness with all the conveniences of a home that has been so thoughtfully designed. Linda was very helpful and accomodating in the booking process and the entire team onsite there is stellar. Nice, lovely people that are there to make your travel experience more enjoyable but not intrusive. I will definitely rebook this place next time I head down to PV- and this will be the first time I can say that! thanks Linda- will be emailing you soon for a future booking!"

"The three of us spent 3 weeks at Casa Uno in early Jan 2015. We were very impressed with the spacious condo. There were 2 large BR suites, a good size kitchen and dining & living area. The place was clean as daily maid service was provided except for sundays. We were one the 1st floor, therefor only got a partial view of the ocean, but plenty of fresh air coming from it. Cookware was plenty, from blender to toaster oven. We were surprised to find fresh beach towels available every day.
Even though Casa Uno is in a good location, we still had to walk uphill and downhill on cobblestoned roads to get to the beach or downtown. It was good exercise and we did not mind it at all, all you need is good walking shoes.
As the building is located on the highway, it got very noisy at night and early morning. Bring mosquito repellent, just in case.
Overall it was a good experience. We really enjoyed the farmers' market held every Saturday morning. You can sample lots of nice and fresh fruits, baked goods, etc..and at the same enjoy free live music. New beds were delivered the day we left, too bad we were not around to enjoy it."
