Two Years Later Update
"We were here two years ago (see PremierLeague review below). There have been a few small changes since we were here last. Examples include nicer terrace facilities and water dispensers. New blinds in all the rooms is another nice touch! Cristian and Ricardo (managers) are very responsive with any questions or needs you might have. Again we had a wonderful time in PV!"

"We were apprehensive about Puerto Vallarta as a new holiday destination and only read about it on Tripadvisor. We are so glad we chose PV as it had so much to offer everyone in our family.
The apartment itself is fantastic – open plan and incredibly spacious. Located at the best end of the town this is the most convenient location in PV. It is literally beach front with the Malecon also only metres away.
Facilities are very good. wifi, satellite TV, ample seating both inside and out and also a BBQ which we used to cook Mahi Mahi from the local fish market on several occasions. Cooking in the apartment provided a break from the terrible chore of having to choose one of literally hundreds of eating places in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants and bars are in abundance and you can choose almost any type of cuisine and all very reasonably priced. The swimming pool in the complex was fantastic with the swim up bar to the delight of most on the hot days we stayed there. Two large bedrooms with ensuite’s and private balconies were wonderful and the third bedroom although much smaller in comparison was more than adequate.
The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you might need as well as essential herbs and spices if you wanted to get creative. Located on the 7th floor the apartment looks out over the beach, pool and north side of the town. The views from the balcony are awesome and taking in the sunrise, sunset or people watching or seeing the pelicans dive for fish – it is located perfectly.
This is a very secure complex with security staff and swipe card entrances although the location is so very safe. No one in our family group felt unsafe and one of the few destinations travelled that I have not constantly worried about my wallet. The PV people are very friendly and welcoming.
Lee was fantastic and so helpful with her communication and ideas for our time in PV. She sent us so much information to ensure our holiday was memorable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone keen to visit PV.

"this is going to sound like a real estate ad, but i was crazy about this place. i was there for two weeks and loved every minute of it. i’ve been going to puerto vallarta for more than 30 years, and i don’t think i’ve ever stayed in a place that i liked so much or that was so easy to live in. it is obvious that the owners have put a lot of care into furnishing this condo, and i would absolutely recommend it to anyone.
first of all, you get spectacular sunsets from the balcony!
second of all, since the balcony overlooks the beach, you can hear the waves when the balcony doors are open. it is incredibly soothing to go to sleep to the sound of the waves.
third of all, the pool area is extremely nice. the pool itself has a graduated bottom and is large enough to swim in but is not huge. the lounge chairs are very comfortable; they are made with some type of porous fabric-type material rather than that scratchy plastic webbing. there are also tables with umbrellas for shade. the pool area has a locked gate to the beach that condo renters can use to go in and out.
finally, this was the simplest rental transaction that i have ever done. the owners are really easy to work with, they respond to their e-mails, they answer their phone, etc., and they are just all-around nice people. they even called me at the condo to make sure that everything was all right and to see if i had any questions."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this little condo south of PVR up on the hill. The views are unparalleled and it is conveniently located to the south shore, the romantic zone and Los Muertos. Taxis are abundant or if you rent a car street parking is easy. It's nice to have a kitchen to prepare your own meals and coffee or just walk down hill to LindaMar resort for good food close by. Movies on Netflix another perk. Water pressure is not great but who cares when you are surrounded by beautiful ocean. Lots of big beach towels for day trips. Nice to have access to washer dryer as well. My in-laws had never been to Mexico before and they had a simply lovely time and want to come back :) Muchas Gracias Tony! Dinner out at La Palapas also a must -- get the coconut shrimp!"
