"The Villa is beautiful and beyond our expectations! It is spacious with amazing views of the city. Anna, Juan and Marco made freshly squeezed Orange juice, chips, salsa, guacamole and margaritas daily. Anna served home cook meals daily. I would definitely recommend it!"

"We had a little hiccup when we arrived because of power outages in the neighborhood, but Walt and the Armando (the property manager) were awesome and gracious - and exhibited great communication throughout. All was fine when power was back on. I only mention this because when things don't go as plan (on vacation and in life), it's great to feel like folks care and are willing to do whatever it takes to improve the situation. Now about the space:
Near beach - just a across the street. Made going back/forth to condo easy.
Near great places to eat (we planned to eat at home a bunch, but it was too hard with all those great places)
Easy to get taxis (our main mode of transport)
Well equipped - pots, pans, blender, toaster, books, filtered water cooler
Air conditioned!! and fans.
Good space and multiple bathrooms (we're a family of 5)
Nice to have a responsive building manager and easy to work with owners.
Felt very safe.
Easy point of departure for our day trips.
There's a lot of construction going on (that seems to be the theme in Zona Romantica) so sitting out on the deck wasn't really that fun. It also just looks out on to the street and the hotel across the way (not view).
If you're looking for luxury setting, views, or a "resort" experience, this place is not for you.
If you're looking for a great condo, well equipped, and want to be in a great location in town, near all the action, great local restaurants, and near a beach - this is works great."

"It was our tenth time in PV but all our usual rentals were full up. We found this place and thought we'd give it a try. Best decision we've made in a long time! This condo is spacious and beautifully decorated and you can't beat the view. It has lots of little touches -- double filtered tap water, efficient air conditioning, well appointed kitchen, nice little pool. The location is also very good, 5 minutes from Los Muertos beach and just across the highway from the best restaurant in town, Bistro Teresa. Most people wouldn't want to make the climb to the condo on foot -- 200 steps, give or take -- but it's only a $3.50 cab ride. A bonus is Paty, the helpful and friendly property manager, who's just a phone call away. And best of all . . . we paid $120 a night in high season! Try to find anything close to this quality for that price -- you can't!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this little condo south of PVR up on the hill. The views are unparalleled and it is conveniently located to the south shore, the romantic zone and Los Muertos. Taxis are abundant or if you rent a car street parking is easy. It's nice to have a kitchen to prepare your own meals and coffee or just walk down hill to LindaMar resort for good food close by. Movies on Netflix another perk. Water pressure is not great but who cares when you are surrounded by beautiful ocean. Lots of big beach towels for day trips. Nice to have access to washer dryer as well. My in-laws had never been to Mexico before and they had a simply lovely time and want to come back :) Muchas Gracias Tony! Dinner out at La Palapas also a must -- get the coconut shrimp!"
