"We had an amazing week-long vacation here with two other families with kids between 2 and 7. The owners are warm and accommodating as we planned our itinerary. Once we arrived, Cristina and all of the staff were so helpful and sweet with our children. Please have Cristina cook you her delicious meals. She is so talented and can cook anything! We wanted local fare but she also did a Seafood Paella on request that was so good. Churros y chocolate and ceviche were other favorites. If you do want to venture out for a fancy meal, Vista Grille is only one block away.
We spent many days not even leaving the villa because we had the pool, view, delicious food and drinks, and wonderful company. If you are going with children who are not yet pool-safe, you will need to watch them like hawks and keep them close, as there is no pool fence. We had enough adults to supervise continuously between us so it wasn't ever a problem. The locally found furnishings are works of art and I have so many photos of the decor alone.
Car service was arranged for a day trip to Sayulita (highly recommend this surf town!) and we were able to walk down to the downtown area of Puerto Vallarta. Airport shuttle service was also easy to arrange through the owners and Cristina.
It was a trip to remember, even for the very young kids. We hope to make it back one day."

"The three of us spent 3 weeks at Casa Uno in early Jan 2015. We were very impressed with the spacious condo. There were 2 large BR suites, a good size kitchen and dining & living area. The place was clean as daily maid service was provided except for sundays. We were one the 1st floor, therefor only got a partial view of the ocean, but plenty of fresh air coming from it. Cookware was plenty, from blender to toaster oven. We were surprised to find fresh beach towels available every day.
Even though Casa Uno is in a good location, we still had to walk uphill and downhill on cobblestoned roads to get to the beach or downtown. It was good exercise and we did not mind it at all, all you need is good walking shoes.
As the building is located on the highway, it got very noisy at night and early morning. Bring mosquito repellent, just in case.
Overall it was a good experience. We really enjoyed the farmers' market held every Saturday morning. You can sample lots of nice and fresh fruits, baked goods, etc..and at the same enjoy free live music. New beds were delivered the day we left, too bad we were not around to enjoy it."

Beautifully decorated, Mexican Style condo with a view that we enjoyed day and night
"We returned last week from a month in David's condo and we are wishing we were back there. We fell in love with everything - from the people, food, beaches, water, sunsets... I could go on and on. David was very responsive to our every need and any questions we had, as were the on-site managers. Neighbors were friendly and informative as well. The walk back from town and the beach was quite a challenge for senior citizens, but we looked at it as a gym workout and came back with well-toned legs! Also, the steps down (all 157 of them) are through a beautiful jungle walk with flowers and plants, even iguanas! We usually took the taxi back after dark, not that we were scared, but because we were usually tired after walking the Malecon, etc. We liked that the condo was conveniently located to Basillio Badillo, which seems to be the most happening place in PV. The condo is just as it is pictured and the pool is lovely. We had it to ourselves most of the time. As for safety, I know a lot of people are wary of coming to Mexico, but we felt safer there than we do in the States. We walked the streets late at night all the time. We hope to return to this lovely condo!"
