  • A very nice condo, in an excellent location. The perfect combo

"Casa McMullen was the best overall place we have ever rented in PV. The condo is lovingly maintained by the owners and their long time maid. It had all the amenities you will ever need for your stay. The space is large and well furnished. The beds are new and comfortable. One tip is you sleep on a soft pillow, bring your own or plan to buy one there. The pillows during our stay were good quality, but a little to firm. Although you have a lovely dining table and big sofas, all your time will be spent on the veranda watching the ocean or the activities below. This condo has a wonderful ocean front location. We saw whales, surfers, huge private yachts and even Santa Claus flying by on Christmas Day. About the location, in a word PERFECT. Out the lobby door and within 10 minutes in any direction, you can walk to every great restaurant and shop in PV. Without leaving the ocean front you can walk all the way to the very north end of the El Malecon boardwalk. It is now pedestrian only and a pleasure to experience all the art, including seasonal sand sculptures, shops and activities. Yes, there are vendors and restaurant hosts on the walk, but they are very polite and sometimes you might stop and be pleasantly surprised. Bottom line would a rent this place again, Yes!"

  • Two weeks of comfort

"This condo was excellent. A great view of the ocean where you could sit in the morning, check out the morning fog as it left the city and then in the evening having a glass of wine while watching the ocean. I was even able to watch my local news (from Vancouver, BC) on the television. I could phone home to check that all was as it should be. Loved the main bathroom when I looked up into the cupola. The high ceilings give the condo an even larger look. Loved the location as it was close to excellent food, the bakery for morning donuts and many excellent art galleries."

  • Fantastic family holiday

"We were apprehensive about Puerto Vallarta as a new holiday destination and only read about it on Tripadvisor. We are so glad we chose PV as it had so much to offer everyone in our family. The apartment itself is fantastic – open plan and incredibly spacious. Located at the best end of the town this is the most convenient location in PV. It is literally beach front with the Malecon also only metres away. Facilities are very good. wifi, satellite TV, ample seating both inside and out and also a BBQ which we used to cook Mahi Mahi from the local fish market on several occasions. Cooking in the apartment provided a break from the terrible chore of having to choose one of literally hundreds of eating places in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants and bars are in abundance and you can choose almost any type of cuisine and all very reasonably priced. The swimming pool in the complex was fantastic with the swim up bar to the delight of most on the hot days we stayed there. Two large bedrooms with ensuite’s and private balconies were wonderful and the third bedroom although much smaller in comparison was more than adequate. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance you might need as well as essential herbs and spices if you wanted to get creative. Located on the 7th floor the apartment looks out over the beach, pool and north side of the town. The views from the balcony are awesome and taking in the sunrise, sunset or people watching or seeing the pelicans dive for fish – it is located perfectly. This is a very secure complex with security staff and swipe card entrances although the location is so very safe. No one in our family group felt unsafe and one of the few destinations travelled that I have not constantly worried about my wallet. The PV people are very friendly and welcoming. Lee was fantastic and so helpful with her communication and ideas for our time in PV. She sent us so much information to ensure our holiday was memorable. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone keen to visit PV. Greg and Carol"

  • Great little condo with amazing views

"We really enjoyed our stay at this little condo south of PVR up on the hill. The views are unparalleled and it is conveniently located to the south shore, the romantic zone and Los Muertos. Taxis are abundant or if you rent a car street parking is easy. It's nice to have a kitchen to prepare your own meals and coffee or just walk down hill to LindaMar resort for good food close by. Movies on Netflix another perk. Water pressure is not great but who cares when you are surrounded by beautiful ocean. Lots of big beach towels for day trips. Nice to have access to washer dryer as well. My in-laws had never been to Mexico before and they had a simply lovely time and want to come back :) Muchas Gracias Tony! Dinner out at La Palapas also a must -- get the coconut shrimp!"
