  • Nice house...

"We recently stayed at Casa Sueno Tropical.. The house has a spectacular view and beautiful outdoor space.. The pros and cons are as follows: Pros: Lovely outdoor space, great pool. Fabulous view..it is exceptionally beautiful. Comfortable bedrooms. Close to town. Ana, who will do the shopping and cooking .(very good cook). Cons: The house is up a rather steep hill. Not easy to go running, take a walk to town and return.. Not fun to go to beach. We have rented condos many times in PV. The linen closet is usually stocked with towels, extra sheets blankets and pillows. There was absolutely nothing in the closets in this house.. Everything was kept in a locked basement area and only Ana had the key. Over the course of the week I asked for another towel(we had received one) , a blanket and a pillow. On two occasions Ana left without giving me what I asked for... If items were kept in the house it would not have been an issue..Not what you would expect in a “luxury” house. I felt like I was in some third world youth hostel where I received one towel a week.. The kitchen was not great. Small space, old appliances, pots and pans. NO dishwasher.. If you have any intention of cooking for yourself, forget it unless you want to wash dishes. The house was a little tired.. It needed new faucets, kitchen appliances, bigger TV . It is kept extremely clean and well maintained however. The house instruction book was ridiculously inadequate. No information about the TV, cable, lights.. Nothing about beaches in the area, buses… the kind of thing most good rental houses provide. We didn’t exactly know how Ana worked and in e mails before with the owner we received very little information. We were assured there was info in the house, but there wasn’t.. We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it...Just be aware of the location and ask a lot of questions before..."

  • Wonderful villa

"We stayed at this villa in April with our five middle school aged children. Each bedroom is very private so it might not be ideal for really young kids, but it was great for us. It was very family friendly, the staff was great and the pool and hot tub are amazing. Great location that is a quick and easy cab ride to town. We would definitely stay there again."

  • A little piece of heaven in PV!!

"My husband and I just returned to the Pacific Northwest after a week in this beautiful condo in the beautifully maintained and gated Playa Gemales compound. The only down side -- we had to come home after only a week. The condo is beautiful, all our needs were met and then some. Wow -- washer & dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, margarita machine and even fresh salt and pepper. They have thought of everything. Three pools, beautiful gardens, a great beach and fab snorkeling right out front. We were in heaven. Cheryl Lee was a pleasure to work with!! Schedule some time in this gem -- you will love it folks!"

  • Fantastic Views and Relaxation

"We spent Thanksgiving week at Casa Wynelle and had such a great time. This was our 3rd trip to Puerto Vallarta within the last year but it never gets old. Each time we go to PV, we seem to go further and further south. It's less crowded on the beaches and you still have easy access by bus or taxi to old town. We kayaked over to Los Arcos and also chartered a boat to do some snorkeling. There are plenty of activities to partake in or you can just relax on the beach with a margarita. The condo is wonderful and feels like home (that is of course if you owned a beach front property). It's well appointed and the owners have thought of all the amenities anyone might need. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. If you like cool ocean breezes, a beautiful private beach and endless sunsets in a comfortable, relaxing home then I would highly recommend staying here."
