"All I can say is WOW! We have traveled to many tropical destinations and have never experienced views such these. The home itself is absolutely a work of art built into the side of the hill and separating it's suites into 3 different sections was just a great idea. Each has spectacular views with wall to wall glass windows and is separated from the other. This way every occupant can have their own little vacation.
There was a group of 12 of us that ranged in ages from 3 to 70. Having said that I do want to give you a few tips to make your stay a bit more enjoyable. First, there are stairs lots of them all over the property, so it's best everyone in the party is able to climb stairs. Also, if there are toddlers in your party such as ours, just keep an extra eye on them so you don't get any tumbles. Second, you should bring your own toiletries although Ana and Miguel would probably help you out it's best you bring your own. Third, you might want to bring your own Beach Towels, there are some pool towels that can be borrowed but in my opinion it's best if you bring an actual beach towel. That's it for suggestions.
Villa Roca Loro, is an amazing place. We loved it so much we didn't want to go. I also can't say enough good things about Ana and Miguel they are awesome people who will help with your stay. Ana's cooking is all delicious and Miguel's BBQ is perfect! They both are very pleasant and I can see why they have been there for years taking care of the place. The pictures on this website are pretty, but in person it is amazing. We can't say enough great things about it, other than you will feel like we did, a little bit of paradise on earth!"

"I consider myself a well seasoned Puerto Vallarta "Private Luxury Villa Rental" aficionado having rented 8 different villas over the course of 6 years now. I've made it an annual tradition to experience a new private villa every August in PV, some years visiting more than once. Each villa has offered a different location, view, service, chef and overall vibe. I've experienced sleek and modern 12,000 sq. foot villas boasting 8 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms to smaller, luxuriously appointed 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom villas with incredible art collections. Each villa experience has had its pro's and con's - from wild animals foraging for food in the kitchen late at night to amazing settings but miserably disappointing chefs. I'm happy to say that Villa Los Arcos was one of the BEST experiences I've ever had in all of my PV luxury villa experiences - and I'm a HARD critic!!!
First and foremost, hands down, the staff was/is AMAZING - Alfonso, Chuey and Becka! Alfonso, the house manager, kicked my friends' butts with early morning hikes through the mountains, waterfalls and natural pools - and they LOVED it! Every evening before departing he would ask "Do you want tomorrow morning's hike easy, medium or hard?" For those of us who wanted nothing to do with a morning hike whatsoever, we awoke to coffee by the pool followed by an incredible "Chuey-made" breakfast - absolutely delicious! EVERY meal that Chuey created was incredible - and that's saying A LOT!!! She is simply amazing!
We wanted to rent jet-skis for an afternoon and Alfonso arranged to have 4 jet-skis DELIVERED and WAITING FOR US on the water at the dock below the house!!! We simply hopped on and took off... Incredible!
The list of positives about Villa Los Arcos goes on and on... All I can say is that our experience was absolutely wonderful and I would whole-heartedly recommend it to any of my closest family and friends. It was a blissful, beautiful, relaxing, carefree, delicious, pampered, satisfying experience! Treat yourself and experience it for yourself!"

"I just celebrated a week long significant birthday with 13 of my friends at Casa Valerie. The Villa, the views, the pool, the staff were beyond amazing. I cannot praise the staff enough, nothing was too much trouble for them and made us feel that they were as happy to have us there as we were to be there. The villa itself is very clean and well maintained. I would rate Casa Valerie 6 stars if I could."

"Ok, I must preface this review and state that we "were" booked for the 23rd to the 31st of October, that is, until the wicked, ugly Hurricane Patricia decided to crash our party. Our party of 8 were all set to go, until the news of the worst hurricane in the Northern Hemisphere was going to his Puerto Vallarta. We contacted Mark and he was amazing. No problem if we wanted to cancel, and that he would re-book us when it was convenient for us to return. He was so fabulous and understanding, no penalties or problems. Of course we were all disappointed to find out that PV wasnt badly hit, and we could have gone after all, but things happen for a reason. Thank you again Mark, we now have something to look forward to in March."
