"While I was deciding about the place to stay on my holiday, I heard that Peninsula Puerto Vallarta condo is usually booked most of the time, but still I tried my luck and got a chance to stay there and when I reached there and stayed I actually came to know that why it is always booked. Really, for any vacationer, I was amazed by the unobstructed ocean and bay views in all the directions. The entire condo is luxuriously furnished, with a cozy sofa, flat screen TV with Star Choice satellite, fine china, glassware, iPod dock, gourmet kitchen, wine rack, bbq on the deck, and luxurious furnishings."

"We had a little hiccup when we arrived because of power outages in the neighborhood, but Walt and the Armando (the property manager) were awesome and gracious - and exhibited great communication throughout. All was fine when power was back on. I only mention this because when things don't go as plan (on vacation and in life), it's great to feel like folks care and are willing to do whatever it takes to improve the situation. Now about the space:
Near beach - just a across the street. Made going back/forth to condo easy.
Near great places to eat (we planned to eat at home a bunch, but it was too hard with all those great places)
Easy to get taxis (our main mode of transport)
Well equipped - pots, pans, blender, toaster, books, filtered water cooler
Air conditioned!! and fans.
Good space and multiple bathrooms (we're a family of 5)
Nice to have a responsive building manager and easy to work with owners.
Felt very safe.
Easy point of departure for our day trips.
There's a lot of construction going on (that seems to be the theme in Zona Romantica) so sitting out on the deck wasn't really that fun. It also just looks out on to the street and the hotel across the way (not view).
If you're looking for luxury setting, views, or a "resort" experience, this place is not for you.
If you're looking for a great condo, well equipped, and want to be in a great location in town, near all the action, great local restaurants, and near a beach - this is works great."

"A group of my friends and myself have been going to Puerto Vallarta for many years. I always stayed at the Timeshare Condo until I saw Lapalapa 101. The location in Old Town PV eliminates the need for cabs because there are so many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The view from the patio is great at sunset is unreal and good for the soul. My personal favorite thing is the 8th floor rooftop pool that views the beach and bay. Thanks Marvin and Debbie !"

"We enjoyed everything about this rental. Marilyn was incredible to deal with as well as John and Carol.
The home was perfect in every way and the security around the home was fantastic. We enjoyed many of the restaurants and made many new friends. Already thinking of making this a annual event. Used Diva transportation and they were waiting for us with sign in hand and picked us up on time for the return trip to the airport. See you soon Casa Terra."
