"My husband and I took our family for a Christmas Vacation! We had a great time. The condo is beautiful and had all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The staff are very friendly and will help you with any of your questions. Great location.......can't wait to go back!"

"What an amazing vacation! I did my research about where to celebrate our 20th anniversary during the month of August and selected this area due to no hurricanes (Banderas Bay acts as a natural hurricane barrier I found out).
I was hesitant at first when I found out I could not use my credit card to pay for this home. I then found out that through vrbo, only homeowners that are US citizens with a social security number can utilize the credit card payment option through vrbo. After reading all the amazing reviews posted by previous guests, and talking with Marilyn, I decided to book this home. BEST decision ever.
I did figure out to still "use" my credit card. I went to my bank and withdrew off my credit card (no charge for this at the teller window) and got a cashiers check and mailed it regular mail off to Canada!
Marilyn made me feel at ease and comfortable with all her amazing tips, advice and information regarding our upcoming vacation.
I could not have imagined renting a home in another country and sending payment to yet another country, could work out soo well. I am already referring this home to other friends who travel.
We did rent a car ahead of time from Gecko and we were very glad we did. The airport was crazy and we were just whisked away with our scheduled ride and delivered directly to Gecko; so relaxing. Adam and Lalo at Gecko were so friendly and helpful.
I booked a hot stone massage with Maria, which was simply amazing. Gloria left us an amazingly spotless house and even folded our laundry and left us fresh flowers on the patio table. What a wonderful surprise to come home to after fishing all day. The property managers called and came by to be sure we didn't have any questions. We booked a fishing trip with Jesus and his son (we caught a sailfish and a needlefish!) and later a snorkeling trip with them too.
The weather wasn't as hot as I'd feared it might be in August. We got some rain and thunder storms a few of the evenings and we loved every minute of it! We felt safe and secure and even accidently left our iPad on the back patio one night and it was still there in the morning!
I would come again in early August as we don't mind a little rain. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a Mexico vacation away from the busyness of the resorts and timeshare sales. My girls (age 12) loved it and the house was huge for our family of 4. My husband already wants to come back and bring some of our friends with us next year!"

"What an amazing vacation for my husband and I and our two boys (19 & 15). It was the perfect place for a mix of activities and rest and relaxation. We were fortunate that there were no other renters so we had the whole place to ourselves. Baldo is truly one of the most amazing things about this rental property. He was so accomodating and helpful. We felt very luck to have had his services while we were there. He picked us up at airport, took us to grocery store, arranged some excursions for us, his sister cooked us a phenomenal meal, and he provided some trasportation for us to Sauyalita and Puerto Vallarta. We took an amazing snorkel trip to the hidden beach and around the islands. We also spent a day in Sauyalita, a surf town a little north, which was great. Neat little town with a surfers edge. We took the 20 minute walk down the beach for many of our meals. Some great restaurants. El Brujo, Marks, Mezzogiorno, Karens, Mar y Sol (our favorite) were awesome. Every meal we had was fabulous. The house itself was fantastic. Perfect for the four of us with older kids as the room with twin beds is downstairs. It was a little warm in the family room area, especially when the kitchen was in use, but the fans helped tremendously. We used the kayaks, pool, palapas, and beach almost everyday. Beautiful views, property, and Baldo!!! It doesn't get any better!"

"Our family wanted a memorable, beach front, relaxing vacation. Grandparents, parents and a 2-yr-old found this condo very comfortable without being so luxurious as to give us constant worries about touching anything. From the moment we walked in and saw the 2 spacious front bedrooms and the extra-large master bedroom with en suite, we felt very lucky to be there. The privacy of our own backyard pool and the immediate access to a sheltered beach were the best part of our stay. We cooked in the well-furnished kitchen and only went out to restaurants when we chose to splurge. Our rental car made is very easy to go as far south as the zoo and as far north as San Francisco (not CA!) These outings were fun but tiring for the toddler, and we felt so relieved and safe when we got "home" to Suenos del Mar. We didn't find it hard to adhere to the "peace and quiet" standards of the neighbourhood, and we did meet some friendly neighbouring renters. The owner gave us loads of helpful info to prepare us for our stay, and we took full advantage of all her recommendations."
