  • Luxury and Fun All Rolled Into One!

"Stayed at Casa Demae II for only three nights. We almost cried when we had to leave. It was luxurious, tranquil, and heck of a lot of fun all at the same time. The house is immaculate and the staff both kind and attentive. I'm not too sure what I'll miss more the snorkeling, kayaking, swimming pool, Isidro's margaritas, or just leaving the balcony doors open and listening to the waves crash on the rocks and night. Fabulous place!"

  • Honeymoon in Paradise

"We had such a lovely stay in Casa Blanca. Certainly a once in a lifetime experience, I don't think that we have ever been so relaxed in our lives! When we arrived in PV we stayed at the hotel Posada De Roger, and while the location and the restaurant next door was excellent, the bed (3 in room) were all rock hard. I wouldn't stay there again. We did stay at Casa Tukari the night before we flew out, and I highly recommend it. It was quiet, and the bed was soft and they were so nice! We did as Debbie suggested and got all our supplies including the tequila at the Leys Supermarketo downtown, which was about a 2 mile walk north from Posada De Roger. We were concerned we had bought too many supplies, but the helper at Boca de Tomatlan just got out his wheelbarrow and carted our stuff to the shore to wait for the water taxi. It was not problem off loading as well as there was about 4 people on shore waiting for us at Los Chonchos when we arrived. We did take the hike into Chimo, and enjoyed lunch at Arturos. Be careful on the walk there, its tricky climbing and I wouldnt take kids over the trail. Another day we used their new red sea tandem kayak and had a fantastic lunch at Chimos (there are only 2 thatched roofs in Chimo which is how we found it). We loved our stay there, and would highly recommend it for anyone wanting to get off the grid, and just truly relax."

  • HIGHLY recommend this property

"My husband, 5 year old daughter and I spent 3 fantastic weeks in this gorgeous condo. The property is actually even more striking than the photos with modern amenities and features coupled with fabulous Mexican artwork and architectural details. The VIEWS of Banderas Bay are out of this world so we ate out on the private terrace each day and watched the breathtaking sunset each night. My husband had to work while we were there and the office space was perfect and away from the main living areas. The condo feels spacious and each bedroom & adjoining bath is quite separate so there is lots of privacy if there is more than one couple. There are about five other condos in the building, but we felt like we had the awesome rooftop pool all to ourselves. We would look out on the city sites and beautiful, sprawling bay from the perfect, little pool. The supermarket and beach are an easy walk down the hill and then we would often take a $3 US cab ride back up the hill with my 5 year old. There is no need for a rental car because everything is walkable and cab rides are quite affordable to neighboring beach towns like Los Muertos. The owner answered all questions within the same day via email and the local property manager came over the same day if we had any issues or questions. He is excellent and very responsive. In summary, I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this property! We hope to return soon to this GEM."
