"We really loved this apartment! We've been home for two weeks now and we still find ourselves day dreaming about sitting on the balcony, watching the dolphins and the pelicans, listening to the waves crash down below.
It was a wonderful property and a wonderful vacation. We were so happy that we were in the downtown location versus being stuck in the resort.
Michel was great, as was Sassia. The apartment is extremely well appointed. We were in PV for a wedding and we had some of our friends over one night - they were blown away by our apartment even though they were staying at the Grand Mayan! We definitely think this apartment is better than any resort.
Thank you so much and we definitely plan on visiting again."

"The three of us spent 3 weeks at Casa Uno in early Jan 2015. We were very impressed with the spacious condo. There were 2 large BR suites, a good size kitchen and dining & living area. The place was clean as daily maid service was provided except for sundays. We were one the 1st floor, therefor only got a partial view of the ocean, but plenty of fresh air coming from it. Cookware was plenty, from blender to toaster oven. We were surprised to find fresh beach towels available every day.
Even though Casa Uno is in a good location, we still had to walk uphill and downhill on cobblestoned roads to get to the beach or downtown. It was good exercise and we did not mind it at all, all you need is good walking shoes.
As the building is located on the highway, it got very noisy at night and early morning. Bring mosquito repellent, just in case.
Overall it was a good experience. We really enjoyed the farmers' market held every Saturday morning. You can sample lots of nice and fresh fruits, baked goods, etc..and at the same enjoy free live music. New beds were delivered the day we left, too bad we were not around to enjoy it."

"Me and my wife spent 4 winters in Puerto Vallarta. The last 2 winters we rented this condo for 4 and 4 1/2 months. The description done by the owners is very precise and we can add that the condo is very well maintained. We loved our 2 stays at the Gran Venetian. The condo is great, the pools are superb (they are heated at different temperatures so you can choose the one you prefer) and the gym is very well equiped. It is also great to benefit from 2 balconies. The sight of the Pacific Ocean is incredible; we can see from time to time whales, dolphins, cruise ships, fireworks and a lot of other things. Finally, the owners are very courteous and it was great.

"This was our second time staying here after 4 years. It has only gotten better!
This condo is located above Playa Los Muertos and is within a short walking distance (including about 260 stairs) to that great beach and old Puerto Vallarta.
The condo is beautifully appointed with traditional Mexican folk art and the conveniences of home with table placements, cooking dishes, dishwasher, flatscreen TV, washer/dryer and sound system.
Stunning views afford you the option to hangout on the spacious balcony or by the common area pool. Our extended family did all three each day. We chose to beach-go mid morning till 4pm at the Mahi Beach restaurant. They had great beach lounge chairs and over the top service staff who rearranged your umbrella for shade, watered down the hot sand around your chairs and kept the drinks and food coming at your desired speed. Then we headed for the malecon and centro shops. We'd return up the numerous stairs to the condo for a swim in the pool and then a stunning sunset from condo balcony.
What's not to like with such a set up!"
